Space Cadets

Any of you heard of this new reality TV show on Channel 4?

Its as distasteful as TV can get IMO.

Its a hoax on the contestants. They think they will be sent into a low orbit of earth. They will be on the ground in Surrey.

The series has already started, and I saw a part of the first episode, where they were being taught 'science', which rewrote the laws of physics...

The Satanic Jingle Bells

Well you know the score.

According to conspiracy theorists if you listen tp almost any piece of recorded sound backwards, you will find subliminal messages purposefully put there by the artists...

[EDIT]

Listen very carefully, or you may miss it.

[edit 2]

It is a flash file, so you will need to have macromedia flash Player Installed. And its an acoustic exercise, so you will need sound. The words have not been transcribed. you will need to pick them up yourself.

teachers

sparked by a sudden interest to become a primary school teacher i started thinking....

did everyone want to be a teacher when they were younger?

i know i did for a while, then changed my mind when i saw how much flak they got in high school.

did you have a fav teacher and why?

mine was my english teacher, i thought she was funny, intelligent and interesting.

i went on to do an english literature degree.

did any of yr teachers influence you in any way or have an effect on the path you chose for yourself in life?

How Do You Entertain Guests?

Salaam

This is something that I’m not very good at…

Islam stresses the importance of being good hosts.

When people come to my house and I offer then food and they say No…I’ll ask again and if they still say No I’ll leave it.

That’s only cos I know how annoying it is to be forced to eat when you don’t want to eat….But my mum will not let go of a guest until she has forced them to eat (gun on head style)…she’ll empty out her cupboards for guests.

I don’t feel comfortable doing that.

I’m totally fine with entertaining kids/teenagers.

What are miracles?

Salaam

At school, I would annoy alot of people by 'explaining' miracles, and how they *could* have happened.

According to them a miracle is not something that should be physically possible. I disagreed.

Now I come across this:

Doctors say it is a miracle.
