What are miracles?

You

Salaam

At school, I would annoy alot of people by 'explaining' miracles, and how they *could* have happened.

According to them a miracle is not something that should be physically possible. I disagreed.

Now I come across this:
"]Quake survivor amazes doctors

Doctors say it is a miracle.

Naqsha Bibi, 40, was recovered alive from the debris of a collapsed house in Pakistan-administered Kashmir on 10 December.

The unexpected rescue came more than two months after the 8 October earthquake destroyed large parts of Indian and Pakistan-administered Kashmir and northern areas in Pakistan.

Naqsha Bibi, now under hospital treatment, is suffering from muscle stiffness and is so weak that she can barely talk...

In my eyes this is a miracle. It is physically possible, but not probable, and a great thing that she has survived TWO MONTHS under the rubble.

A miracle is also Alah (swt)'s will...

And this defo is impressive.

It is also physically possible (just about... and it did happen).

My definition is something good happening that was highly improbable.

Miracles are acts of God.

When God decides to suspend the laws of natures, we see a miracle.

No one else has this power to do miracles.

Why would God suspend his creation, rather than work through it?

Not saying All miracles are explainablethrough science, but some are IMO. That does not make them any less fantastic.

Miracles... and what are they?

freaky coincidences??? or God making ammendments to the grand design??

who knows... its not something we can understand.
