Britain's former ambassador to Uzbekistan, Craig Murray, has defied the Foreign Office by publishing on the internet documents providing evidence that the British Government knowingly received information extracted by torture in the "war on terror".

Mr Murray, who publicly raised the issue of the usefulness of information obtained under torture before he was forced to leave his job last year, submitted his forthcoming book, Murder in Sama

Considerate Worship

Salaam

One should make sure that their devotions to Allah (swt) does not inconvenience others.

There was a man who would read long surah’s in salaah and someone complained to the Holy Prophet (saw)…the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) reprimanded him and told him to read shorter surah’s.

We all must be aware of the individual who used to spend their night and day in worship and their partner complained to the Holy Prophet (saw)….the Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) informed that individual that “Your partner has a right over you”.

Hayder on Hajj Radio

I dont knw if anyone missed it or wanted to avoid listenin to Hayder - understandable Biggrin but i found this on Minhaj forums and Mujahida has linked it on the events section.

As Hayder will be on the radio, this would be a good opportunity to ask questions on "Eid not Weed" article also generaly just to support the Revival.

TRADITIONAL OR NOT

A general questions for the guys here. Do most guys prefer their wives to dress traditionally. Like Sari or shalwaar kameez or would they rather their wives wear jeans, skirts, dresses. Or are most guys not fussed?

Another old wives tale that I heard from mum is that men dont like girls who wear "english clothes".

And how many guys here dress traditionally and how often?

WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY THREAD

Yeah I'm bored.

Admin dont delete this thread. I think it'll be intresting if everyone lists ALL the things they ate that day.

There's a saying "You are what you eat". I'm really into cooking and calorie counting so I want everyone to daily list all that they eat. I'll be back in Uni in the next few days so this comfort food thread will keep me occupied.

I want to see how healthy is people's diet. How many people over eat and how many hardly eat at all.
