The last few weeks in Pakistan have seen events unfolding at roller-coaster speeds. Starting from early November’s emergency imposition, to Nawaz Sharif’s election barring at the beginning of December.
There have been some disturbing reports recently that mention the release of Issue 10 into the wild. These reports are totally unconfirmed and should be ignored.
Oh, what the hell. Who am I kidding? It is out there. We are doomed, I say, doomed. DOOOOMED!

It doesn’t matter if you’re in school, college, Uni or work – Christmas in some shape or form will be in your face.
Maybe secret Santa has been started up. Perhaps you’ve been invited to a Christmas party/dinner. Maybe you’ve began to give/receive cards. Perhaps yourself or others have decorated your class/work place. And I’m pretty sure everyone has experienced Christmas in shops – i.e. songs, gift ideas etc etc
For me personally, this year more than ever before Christmas is very much in my face – that’s cos of where I work.

A student has been found guilty of murdering the pregnant wife of her secret boyfriend.[/b]
Harmohinder Sanghera, 23, of Solihull, West Midlands, stabbed 17-year-old Sana Ali 42 times in a "ferocious" attack at her home in Bury, Greater Manchester.
She had been having an affair with Mrs Ali's husband, Sair Ali, who is 25.
Manchester Crown Court heard Sanghera killed Mrs Ali after Sair Ali lied about his wife and her pregnancy. Sanghera has been jailed for life.

The dentistry student was ordered to serve at least 14 years before being considered for release.

A judge in Saudi Arabia has ordered a victim of gang rape to receive 200 lashes - more than double her original sentence for being alone with a man who was not a relative - after she appealed against the lenient sentences given to the men who attacked her. He also jailed her for six months
The 21-year-old woman, who was 19 at the time of the attack and is known by the Saudi media as "the girl from Qatif", was raped 14 times by a gang of seven. Although her attackers were found guilty and sentenced to between 10 months and five years last year, she was simultaneously sentenced to 90 lashes as punishment for riding in a car with a man who was not a relative
