Autism

Just finished a book called 'House Rules' by Jodi Picoult. She is one of my favourite authors.

This novel dealt with the story of a family. The family includes a mother who writes an advice column for a newspaper, a ordinary teenager who gets a thrill from stealing from other households and another son with Aspergers syndrome which is a form of autism.

She wrote the story in the form of each character telling their narrative. And it seems like a difficult life living with an autistic person.

Do you the Muslim community acknowledges people who are autistic etc etc?

Do you believe in disorders such as autism even exist? or like the boy in the book question whether he is just different but does not have a disorder?

Are you happy to talk to the media about the 'Burqa'?

I am regularly asked by the media to get them people who either wear the niqab or anyone who has a strong view point about the niqab.

ITV's This Morning a doing a peice on teh burqa and they ideally want a niqabi but anyone who is IN FAVOUR of teh niqab or feels it shouldn't be banned; as apparently they already have those who want it banned. Its not a debate but a 5 minuet report for Thsi Morning and you will need to pop down to London for the recording.
So if interested, let me know pls.

Also for future, if you are happy to talk to the media about your views on anything then let me know.

Police foil EDL terrorist plot to blow up mosque(?)

Seven arrested over Bournemouth mosque 'bomb plot'

Dorset Police opened fire to arrest one of seven people suspected of making threats to blow up a mosque.

Officers used a rapid tyre deflation round to stop a van in Corfe Castle in an investigation into the alleged threats to a Bournemouth mosque.

Six men and one woman were held in Dorset and Hampshire during the operation last week.

Giant Mutant tarantulas invade Bolton!

Well, not giant, or mutant. But chilean tarantulas. and they could take over the country!

Or not, chances are they cannot survive in the UK climate... unless they MUTATE!

Chilean tarantulas menace Bolton

The RSPCA has warned the good burghers of Bolton to keep a sharp eye out for Chilean Rose tarantulas after a couple of the eight-legged critters were spotted in local gardens.

The organisation reckons the two may be from a larger batch of arachnid escapees and, if the Telegraph's headline is to be believed, it could be just a matter of weeks before the entire country is blanketed in a seething mass of alien spiders.
