COLLE DI VAL D'ELSA, Italy — For hundreds of years, Colle di Val d’Elsa has been renowned for its crystal and as the birthplace of medieval sculptor and architect Arnolfo di Cambio. But, the picturesque Tuscan town, situated on the road between Florence and Siena, may soon be better known as home to one of Italy’s largest mosques. That is, if it’s ever built.

salaam

myself and my husband are looking for halal investment options for our son's child trust fund voucher, and so far the only one we can find is the childrens mutual shariah baby bond:

Racism within the muslim ummah!!

Salaam,

I just wanted 2 post sumthin thats recently been on my mind and that iv been seeing alot lately. When i bring up the topic of racism you probably think oh yeah im talking about how everyone is hating on muslims and how muslims are always the victims of attack in the media and in society. This is true however, i feel that no intelligent person believes someone of a certain skin colour is less capable or less intelligent than another person of a different skin colour or race.

Closure...

Salaam

SInce these days I use these these forums to... well... air my feeling abit too much, I thought I may aswell continue the topic.

Right now I need some sort of closure.

Why?

Reading the Quran

Assalamu-alaikum

I'm a newbie Smile

Was wondering how much people read the Quran, and what tips people have for reading more. I sometimes read everyday for months...then once in a while...then nothing for months...

I read other Islamic books/article so I do still feel in-touch with the Quran...but I think your relationship with the Words of Allah can get lost in the shuffle of everyday life...

What do you guys think? What's your relationship with the Quran like?

Farhana
