95% of Asian parents were born and brought up “back homeâ€.
A certain way of thinking has been embedded in them from a young age. Their mentality greatly differs to the thinking of the Asian youth who have all been born and brought up in this country.
As a result culture conflicts between parents and children exist.
Nearly all the girls I speak to have serious issues with their parents.

I've received yet another chain email. On top of chain letters and chain texts. What's next, chain mp3s for your MD player? :roll:
There were about 100 email addresses in that email. So I replied to all of them and directed them to this webpage http://www.themodernreligion.com/misc/hoax/chain-letters.html.
I won't bore you with the rest of it but this how the chain email concluded:

My aunty has been moaning about her daughter (my best cousin) to us for days
(parents shouldnt complain about their kids to others-but thats a diff topic)
anyway-she has a prob with the fact that her daughter wears a Scarf but she wears jeans as well
SO WHAT!!!!!!
at least she wears a scarf- :roll:
and maybe one day when she becomes a better Muslim she might stop wearing jeans and will wear sumin looser
her mum says "she might as well not wear a scarf"

The purpose of this noticeboard is to advertise Islamic events taking place within the UK. These include lectures, regular circles, classes and sports activities, as well as one-off seminars, conferences and exhibitions. We also put up notices for accomodation, jobs, items for sale, Islamic projects, schools, counselling services, etc. Many of you will already be familiar with the noticeboard, having received weekly e-mails over the last year.

Six week holidays- too long, too boring….
Broccoli- I’m 14 years old yet my mum still shoves it down my throat…
Crazy frog ring tone-Although it sounds like mi dad on a good day- I am getting sick of hearing it all the bloody time….
Soccer- So bloody boring! What’s so good about watching 22 men kicking a ball round the pitch?- now playing soccer is a totally different thing altogether…
ICT lessons-they are so bloody boring….. [Coz our teacher is stupid I surf the net all lesson.

it can be all the serious stuff and all the silly stuff
kids often say "I'm gonna do this when I grow up"
