The Night Of Power

Salaam

We have entered the last Ashra of Ramadan…and the last odd nights.

In one of these odd nights falls Lailatul Qadr….the night of all nights….night in which the Holy Qur’an was revealed.

The the night which is considered BETTER than 83 years of worship. How much better? This is knowledge that exists with Allah (swt) alone….

The night in which prayers are answered and sins are forgiven….the night in which we are blessed with an overflow of angels.

So it makes SENSE to stay awake all night, in order to seek an abundance of reward, mercy, blessings from our Creator.

I don't know about you but I and friends really enjoy eid holidays [img]. It is something we plan far away behind and properly organise things we never do in our normal days.

I and friends have a very nice farm far away from town. We arrange BIG parties, buy goats, sheap and chicken ready for BBQ set. We get boxes of beer, and different types of alcohol. We then invite planty of beautiful women to celebrate together!! [img].

Mixed schools v Single sex schools?

Hello everyone!

im new on this forum, try 2 be nice

when sitting in one of my lessons, my mind wandered due to sheer boredom and it led to this trail of thought:

When leaving Primary School, every Muslim parent in our area had the great dilemma of deciding which High School to send their kids to

My parents were the same when my eldest sister left primary school

however, my dad was adamant that an only girls school was the best option for all of us and therefore all 3 of us ended up going to an only girls school

however, me being the rebel in the family, finally snapped in my

There are many off licences owned by muslims who sell alcohol and

cigarettes. Can the money made by the selling these be used for zakat. If

yes how can it be because alcohol is forbidden in islam. What about drugs

money and money given by non muslims, can it be used for zakat.
