Madness of war memo

PRESIDENT Bush planned to bomb Arab TV station al-Jazeera in friendly Qatar, a "Top Secret" No 10 memo reveals.

But he was talked out of it at a White House summit by Tony Blair, who said it would provoke a worldwide backlash.

A source said: "There's no doubt what Bush wanted, and no doubt Blair didn't want him to do it." Al-Jazeera is accused by the US of fuelling the Iraqi insurgency.

The attack would have led to a massacre of innocents on the territory of a key ally, enraged the Middle East and al

The Ummah is a stalled Car

Nusheen Ameenuddin

Picture yourself piling into a car with your fellow MSA members, about to embark on yet another road trip to an Islamic conference. Everyone is excited about hearing their favorite speakers, meeting old friends, making new connections. But what would happen if this buoyant busload came to a screeching halt?

Think of how your group would behave if suddenly you were stuck on the road, while dozens of cars raced by. Would you be disappointed, disillusioned, dormant, or determined to get your vehicle running again?

Marrying a woman you never seen the body !

This is a typical problem we Muslims have!. I mean you marry a woman you have seen but you never seen her figure, how the body is built, etc.. The only thing you can see is her height and perhaps her magnitude. I mean either she's fat or slim and that is that.....

As you know, most of women around here tend to wear 3abaya, fully covered their self with large loose close that you never can even imagine how her body would be... Just imagine you end up marrying a woman who has huge tummy!

Mohammed Ali

Salaam

The Legendary boxer, Mohammed Ali AKA Cassius Clay has a new shoe line out with Adidas

its like the classic pairs, endorsed by himself.

not a bad idea.....i only have one BIG problem with it

DOES THE PAST MATTER PLEASE HELP

As most of you know I'm trying to convince my parents to get me married to my Pakistani boyfriend. Part of the reason they disagree is because of my boyfriends dodgy past. He used to be a drug addict, be a bit of a bad boy and used have sex with different women. But that was in the PAST. He is now a changed man and even prays. My aunty told my parents about my boyfriends past which has made them even more against him.

I don't care about the past because the past was in the past.

It's cold outside...

'Snowstorms on way' for chilly UK

Severe wintry weather is being forecast for the UK, with as much as 20cm of snow causing disruption in some parts by the weekend, the Met Office says.

Snow is most likely in Scotland and eastern England but south-east England, north Wales, the Midlands and Northern Ireland may also be hit from Thursday.

Snow, sleet and hail will be coupled with gale force icy winds and wind chill temperatures as low as -10C.

Snow in November is "unusual, but not unheard of", the Met Office says.

"Duas"

Why our du'aa go unanswered?---A common perception and thought
A common perception and thought that generally passes a Muslims mind - Why are our duas so ineffective? Is there a deficiency in the manner that we ask? Why is it that certain people who live very carefree lives, openly violate the Shari'ah and propagate un-Islamic values seem to live very comfortably? They seem to be blessed with everything that they ask for and have no real cry or pressing need.
