I am constantly asked by many ppl for many years now if I know anyone looking for marriage; so i think i'm finally gonna create a database and try to help people who are looking for marraige. I have parents approaching me desperate in their search for compatible partners for their kids. It seems to be so hard nowadays especially if you dont wanna go on matrimonial sites/ date/wanna go back home and get married to your cousin!
So if you/ or anyone else are looking then pls email me your/their relevent details and what kind of partner you/they are looking for. Inshallah with enough ppl finding a compatible match should'nt be too hard.
What do you think of this idea? As previously ppl i have discussed it with discouraged me from going ahead with this:-)
Find God, win a trip to Mecca (or Jerusalem, or Tibet)
Turkish gameshow enlists imam, Greek Orthodox priest, rabbi and monk to try to convert atheists, with pilgrimage as reward
It sounds like the beginning of a joke: what do you get when you put a Muslim imam, a Greek Orthodox priest, a rabbi, a Buddhist monk and 10 atheists in the same room?
Viewers of Turkish television will soon get the punchline when a new gameshow begins that offers a prize arguably greater than that offered by Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
What do you think about Cloning humans? Ethical? Not ethical?
Would they really be people? Do they have a soul if they're created in a lab?
Is that playing God? Or simply Science confirming Gods work?
What about making clones just so we can harvest their organs?

Forced marriage plea to schools
New guidelines are being published urging schools to identify signs of forced marriages ahead of the holidays.
The guidance comes as an official report raises questions about how schools and some councils have responded to calls for help.
The report calls on schools to play a greater preventative role, saying some are clearly reluctant to get involved.
The government's Forced Marriage Unit (FMU) says it has received 770 calls for help this year - up 16% on 2008.
The unit, run jointly by the Home Office and Foreign Office, received 1,600 reports last year - and intervened in 420 actual cases.
Does anyone wear a Ta'wiz?
Some people say that it's classed as Shirk to wear them? Is this true?
But then there are some people who will force you to wear them and won't listen to any reason and faithfully believe they work?
Opinions?
I think there is a lot of truth in this:
The Cult of Done Manifesto
- There are three states of being. Not knowing, action and completion.
- Accept that everything is a draft. It helps to get it done.
- There is no editing stage.
- Pretending you know what you're doing is almost the same as knowing what you are doing, so just accept that you know what you're doing even if you don't and do it.
- Banish procrastination. If you wait more than a week to get an idea done, abandon it.
- The point of being done is not to finish but to get other things done.
- Once you're done you can throw it away.
- Laugh at perfection. It's boring and keeps you from being done.

A batch of 20p coins accidentally issued with no date on them could be worth £50 each, say coin collectors.
Tens of thousands of the coins have been produced in error by the Royal Mint at Llantrisant, near Cardiff.
They are said to be the first undated British coins to enter circulation for more than 300 years.
The Royal Mint said the issue had been resolved but wanted to reassure the public that the faulty 20p coins were still legal tender.
But with experts saying the coins could be worth up to £50 each, anyone finding an undated 20p may be reluctant to put it towards a loaf of bread.
The date on the new 20p was moved from the 'tails' to the 'heads' side when the country's coins were redesigned last year.
