I have finished them a few weeks ago now, and never commented because I wanrted to see if over time my views would change.
I found the better book to be Dune Messiah.
In children of dune, you could rip off a hundred pages, and there eould be no diference to the actual story.
Dune was good, but it was best when still at the plotting stage. After that slightly downhill.
Good read, poor end to the trilogy, with the only expanation being 'it was in the prescient visions.'

I've actually seen 'the butterfly effect' i personally thought it was really good... altho it didnt do really well at the cinema... the same with Gothika.
Watched Kungfu Hustle... you just get the whole matrix theme throughout the movie... TheOne...String-KungFu effects... and the end fight scene looks disturbingly like the one from Reloaded... mixed with comedy... and a bit of a love story with the lollipop girl thats not really explored at all. But it was okay... not too bad.
Anyone watchd 'The House of Flying Daggers' or 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon'??

Butterfly Effect was really good (and disturbing).
One of those ones you start recommending to everybody and then double check yourself because it's not suitable for all audiences.

dissapointed by the plot, it was a little bit, not really a plot like.
However, wanted to wartch Kung fu Hustle and ong bak.

tru... there was too much of a love story thing in House of Flying Daggers... and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was mostly about a stolen sword... until you get to the vengence, murder, and cultural oppression part.

Did you watch Jet Li's 'the legend' now that was a film.
A group of armed stooges guarding the imposter leader.
Entr Jet Li:
Blind folded and recovering from have his nerve endings cut up, carrying a bag of swords.
"you cannot defeat me, my actions are guided by heaven."
Show starts (proverbially) stooges going down left right and centre.
