So again, you've followed through on an assertion before I had a chance to answer it. Not sporting, and pretty telling in this instance. I mean, what is with this 'mind control' BS? Do you often accuse people of that?

Okay maybe "mind control" is a bit of a strong word but I'm not an expert in this field so I don't know what the standard word for it would be.
Basically I mean using emotional stimuli in order to gain a certain reaction. Its not incredibly sophisticated but it' still wrong especially with young children. If you believe that people are basically rational then such things shouldn't be necessary.

Learning about the aztecs, ad their religion, about the amazon rainforest, the river nile about rubber production in malaysia...something else about malaysia...
and we did not learn that much in senior school... apart from the bloody tudors and stuarts! I hated them with a passion at that point. teach us about some good wars or summat!
(Or maybe I have my memories mixed up?)
then there was william the conqueror, Christopher columbus, and his spanish funding (cometo think about it... this was only a couple of years after spain rechristianitified... why the muslims not emntioned?). We were taught abit about the crusades... and then onto WW1 and WW2.
Now ww1 was interesting. ww2 more of the same...

We studied the holocaust quite a bit though
I can't remember black slavery though.
Most of it was modern world history, about countries like Germany, USA, 'USSR' and Britain of course. We spent an awful lot of time on the Nazis. But I'm not complaining as it was interesting.
The Religious Education was a joke though. I recall sitting in a lesson drawing 'mendhi' patterns so we could stick them on a wall for display. And that was one of the better lessons too.

pretend 'S' is the grrek letter 'sigma' when used for integration:
Y=logeX
(NOTATION: lgX = logeX )
take antilogs:
e^Y = e^(lgX) = X
d(e^Y)/dx = d(X)/dx
(e^Y)*dy/dx = 1
therefor: dy/dx = 1/(e^Y)
but: e^Y = X
so: dy/dx = 1/X
that is: d(lgX)/dx = 1/X
thus integrating both sides with respect to X :
S (d(lgX)/dx) dx = S 1/X dx
cancelling gives:
logeX = S 1/X dx
or to neaten it up.
S (1/X) dx = lgX
QED.
