we used da same shoot to kill tactics in ireland, all it did was make dem hate us even more...

but this is different...cops have to use dis tactic despite da tragic mistake...

There are many issues that need to be answered.

IThey messed up by killing an innocent civillian. However, if he was a bomber, they gave him ample time to detonate, so either way the police procedures were a complete failure.
