Why is the wind singing today,
Why is the air flooded with colour,
Tell me, what is destined to happen today?
Why is the night extending into the day,
what path is life taking?
Where ever i go everything glows with light,
What is this fragrance that guides my path,
Whose voice is it that calls when im not listening,
Whose face is that i see when im not looking,
What sort of footsteps are these that approach.
Of all Allah's creations,
He was the most supreme,
And he filled this world with Nur,
The kind we've never seen.
Even history can show no parallel to him,
The most perfect being by far,
He was the Prophet ,
And most beloved by Allah.
Never will anyone be able to match up to him,
Even if all of us combined,
Because he was uniquely created,
And sent as a mercy to mankind.
So humble were his actions,
And so justly did he rule, that even the non-believers embraced Islam,
Oh, how great was our Rasul .
For all the years he lived,
He never held a grudge,
He never told a lie,
He was more honest than a judge.
Our Prophet even forgave his enemies,
No matter what their actions were,
And he even made Dua for them,
An attribute that is so rare.
For all the favours bestowed upon him,
Our Prophet never forgot his Ummah,
And yet how much have we done to repay him,
Do we even practice upon his Sunnah?
Just to be a bit like our Prophet ,
Should be something we all desire,
Because his attributes are so many,
It would take more than one lifetime to acquire.
Please practice upon his teachings,
Because they are an important guide,
To reunite us with our savior,
And with him Jannah to reside.

Hell Is Real
I went into my classroom,
Ready for another year at school,
I didn't want the work,
Just wanted to hang and be cool.
I had on new clothes,
New sneaks on my feet,
I was there for class on time,
Went to the back and took my seat.
Yeah, I'm moving up,
I'm already grown,
Soon I'll be graduating,
And out on my own.
I talked to some of my friends,
We were all having fun,
Said some things I shouldn't have said,
Did stuff I shouldn't have done.
I knew I was different,
I felt God touch my heart,
I knew I should set a standard,
But then I'd be set apart.
Walking to the bus,
I was not looking for strength,
I heard the car tires screeching,
But now it's too late.
I'm standing in this room,
And I can see the heavenly gate,
Oh no! I never prayed,
I thought I had time to get it straight.
An angel walked to me,
He had a book in his hand,
I knew it was the Book of Life,
When would this dream end?
I told him my name,
And he began to look,
then he looked at me sadly and said,
Your name is not in this book.
Angel, this is a dream,
No, I can't be dead!
He closed the book and turned away,
He whispered-You cannot proceed ahead.
No...no this can't be real,
Angel, you can't turn me away,
Let me talk to God,
Maybe he'll let me stay.
He led me to the gate,
Allah came to me,
He did not let me in but said,
Beloved what is your need?
Allah, I cried, please,
Don't cast me away from you,
Tears ran down my face as he said,
You knew what you needed to do.
Lord, please I'm young,
I never thought I would die,
I thought I'd have plenty of time,
Death caught me by surprise.
Lord, I went to mosque,
Please Allah, I believe,
He said you would not accept me,
My love you would not receive.
Lord, there were too many hypocrites,
they weren't being true,
He took a step back and asked,
What does that have to do with you?
Lord, my family claimed to be saved,
They weren't real, you know
I fell to my knees crying to him,
Lord, I planned to be real tomorrow,
I couldn't make Him understand,
I had never--felt such sorrow.
Then it hit me hard, I said,
Lord, where will I go?
He looked into my eyes and said,
My child you already know.
Please Allah, I begged,
The place is so hot,
He whispered, DEPART FROM ME, I KNOW YOU NOT.
Lord, you're supposed to love,
How can you send me to damnation?
He replied, with your mouth you said you loved me,
When truth was lost and hearts frozen
from You, Allah came a Prophet, chosen.
Blessed Prophet Muhammad, obedient to You
taught us the things we ought to do.
He taught us for certain that You are One
and that You have neither a daughter nor son.
He taught us to be good to our mother and father
and that Paradise lies under the feet of our mother.
I love you my Prophet and sing your praise
and follow your Sunna, Prophetic Ways.
One day I will come to visit your tomb
Insh'Allah, that day will be very soon.
The soul determines punishment and reward in the hereafter;
As we are encircled with temptation;
We may end up in tribulation;
Whereas in the duniyah there was laughter;
We fall in love with our sinful actions;
In comparison to an affair of erroneous satisfaction;
Open up YOUR book for your action plan of life;
Turn to the page, Quote: "I'll change when I have a husband/wife"
Why are you letting your soul absorb sin so easily?;
Its time to realise preparation for death shall benefit colossally;
There will always be those who sell their souls to the beast;
And frantically try to regain what they lost before they're deceased;
Because they understood the purpose of the game a little too late;
Six feet under, realising that their ingenious plan was not so great;
Disease their souls with the misleading conceptions they're injected;
Gamble their life away along with the others that are infected;
Now it's hard to find a cure when the immunity is left rejected;
So learn to control the desire and be prepared for the unexpected;
And the most valuable tool is not your heart or your brain, it's your soul;
Because without it, you'll never know, let alone reach your goal.
We are surrounded by darkness, claustrophobically, missing in a location of transgression;
A pinhole of light can be located in the distance, oozing through the blackness of depression;
The sweet, superior, celestial flavour of the fountains of gold, will be tasted by the blessed;
The vile, repulsive, revolting solution of sin, will corrode the tongue of those who Allah detests;
When in despair, why do many turn towards the devil and his loathed affairs?;
Those who worship are becoming rare, extinction of misdeed is what we should prepare;
Your soul is hungry for good deeds, so feed it with Quranic literacy;
Your essence is overflowing with greed, so drain it by praying regularly;
The soul, is easily auctioned with no ideal profit gained;
The buyer you ask? The one who you fell for blindly, the devil is his name;
Now I don't care if you don't acknowledge that I wrote this;
As long as you go find a pen or in your mind note this:
Many cry, many die, many hands to the sky! All in order to find that one Peace;
Awake before dawn, in the dark, sitting on my knees... I find it with ease;
See 2 years ago, I met the man in the mirror... he looked like a joke to me;
Sat and stared him out throughout the night, until he let out his soul and spoke to me;
Thought to myself, I'm not renting this life... I've been given every single day for free;
If I’m not going to give something in return.. tell me.. whose willing to pray for me?!
And to all my people that complain that the life they live is ****ed up;
That’s because you’re always looking down and you've never looked up.
Collapse as the heavens open above, the sweet ammunition falls from those who we should love;
The tears of the prophets descend from the heavens, make du'a, cry in fear, to the ones who taught us lessons;
And like it has been said: "Before thee, also, the messengers We sent were but men.." (21:007)
So tell me.. Why do many of us struggle to live & act like they did ... back then?
As brothers and sisters we end this message in zeal that all Muslims can unite;
Not just with the one another, but with the deen, then we commence our fight;
And from time to time, My soul may fall.
But I pray for the best & for you all.

With that in an instant,

If I can tell you anything,
Hell has no age,
It is a place of torture,
Separated from God and full of rage.
You know, I thought it was funny--a joke,
But this one thing is true,
If you never accept Allah
HELL IS WAITING FOR YOU!
So please, ask Him into your heart
this poem totally freaks me out, its really good though... well done
by the way there is a hell door and a heaven door
and there is a security guard infornt of each door. the security guard infront of the hell door always lies. and the security guard infront of heaven door always tells the truth. what question would u ask the security guards to find out what was behind each door???
btw its not a religious quest its a logical one...

Some ppl make their goals the stars.
They may live n die n never reach the stars,
but in the darkness of the night, those stars will guide them to their destination.
Becuz they made them in their eyesight
There was a couple who used to go to England to shop in the beautiful stores. They both liked antiques and pottery and especially teacups. This was their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary.
One day in this beautiful shop they saw a beautiful teacup. They said, "May we see that? We've never seen one quite so beautiful." As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the teacup spoke.
"You don't understand," it said. "I haven't always been a teacup. There was a time when I was red and I was clay. My master took me and rolled me and patted me over and over and I yelled out, 'Let me alone', but he only smiled, 'Not yet.'
"Then I was placed on a spinning wheel," the teacup said, "and suddenly I was spun around and around and around. Stop it! I'm getting dizzy! I screamed. But the master only nodded and said, 'Not
yet.'
Then he put me in the oven. I never felt such heat. I wondered why he wanted to burn me, and I yelled and knocked at the door. I could see him through the opening and I could read his lips as he shook his head, 'Not yet.'
Finally the door opened, he put me on the shelf, and I began to cool. 'There, that's better', I said. And he brushed and painted me all over. The fumes were horrible. I thought I would gag. 'Stop it, stop it!' I cried. He only nodded, 'Not yet.'
Then suddenly he put me back into the oven, not like the first one. This was twice as hot and I knew I would suffocate. I begged. I pleaded. I screamed. I cried. All the time I could see him through the opening nodding his head saying, 'Not yet.'
Then I knew there wasn't any hope. I would never make it. I was ready to give up. But the door opened and he took me out and
placed me on the shelf. One hour later he handed me a mirror and I couldn't believe it was me. It's beautiful. I'm beautiful.'
'I want you to remember, then,' he said, 'I know it hurts to be rolled and patted, but if I had left you alone, you would have dried up. I know it made you dizzy to spin around on the wheel, but if I had stopped, you would have crumbled. I knew it hurt and was hot and disagreeable in the oven, but if I hadn't put you there, you would have cracked. I know the fumes were bad when I brushed and painted you all over, but if I hadn't done that, you never would have hardened; you would not have had any color in your life. And if I hadn't put you back in that second oven, you wouldn't survive for very long because the hardness would not have held. Now you are a finished product. You are what I had in mind when I first began with you'.
MORAL:
"Allah" knows what He's doing for all of us. He is the potter, and we are His clay. He will mold us and make us, so that we may be made into a flawless piece of work to fulfill His good, pleasing, and perfect will, which we can never escape.

There is no egg in the eggplant!
No ham in the hamburger!
And neither pine nor apple in the pineapple!
English muffins were not invented in England
French fries were not invented in France.
We sometimes take English for granted
But if we examine its paradoxes we find that
Quicksand takes you down slowly
Boxing rings are square
And a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig.
If writers write, how come fingers don't fing.
If the plural of tooth is teeth
Shouldn't the plural of phone booth be phone beeth
If the teacher taught,
Why didn't the preacher praught.
If a vegetarian eats vegetables
What the heck does a humanitarian eat!?
Why do people recite at a play
Yet play at a recital?
Park on driveways and
Drive on parkways
How can the weather be as hot as hell on one day
And as cold as hell on another
You have to marvel at the unique lunacy
Of a language where a house can burn up as it burns down
And in which you fill in a form By filling it out!
And a bell is only heard once it goes!
English was invented by people, not computers
And it reflects the creativity of the human race
(Which of course isn't a race at all)
That is why When the stars are out they are visible
But when the lights are out they are invisible
And why it is that when I wind up my watch It starts
But when I wind up this poem It ENDS!

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the waters close to
Japan have not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese
population, fishing boats got bigger and went farther than ever. The
further the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring in the fish.
If the return trip took more than a few days, the fish were not fresh.
The Japanese did not like the taste. To solve this problem, fishing
companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the
fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go farther and
stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the difference between
fresh and frozen and they did not like frozen fish.
The frozen fish brought a lower price. So fishing companies installed
fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to
fin. After a l! ittle thrashing around, the fish stopped moving. They were
tired and dull, but alive. Unfortunately, the Japanese could still taste the
difference. Because the fish did not move for days, they lost their
fresh-fish taste.
The Japanese preferred the lively taste of fresh fish, not sluggish
fish. So how did Japanese fishing companies solve this problem?
How do they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan?
If you were consulting the fish industry, what would you recommend?
As soon as you reach your goals, such as finding a wonderful mate,
starting a successful company, paying off your debts or whatever, you
might lose your passion. You don't need to work so hard so you relax
Like the Japanese fish problem, the best solution is simple.
As it's a saying : "Man thrives, oddly enough, only in the presence of
a challenging environment."
The Benefits of a Challenge:
The more intelligent, persistent and competent you are, the more you
enjoy a good problem. If your challenges are the correct size, and if
you are steadily conquering those challenges, you are happy. You think of
your challenges and get energized. You are excited to try new solutions.
You have fun. You are alive!
How Japanese Fish Stay Fresh:
To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies still
put the fish in the tanks. But now they add a small shark to each tank.
The shark eats a few fish, but most of the fish arrive in a very lively
state. The fish are challenged.
Recommendations:
Instead of avoiding challenges, jump into them. Beat the heck out of
them. Enjoy the game. If your challenges are too large or too numerous,
do not give up. Failing makes you tired. Instead, reorganize. Find more
determination! , more knowledge, more help.
If you have met your goals, set some bigger goals. Once you meet your
personal or family needs, move onto goals for your group, the society,
even mankind. Don't create success and lie in it. You have resources,
skills and abilities to make a difference.
Put a shark in your tank and see how far you can really go!
What a year was 570 AD
A person was born, a prophet to be
Muhammed (saws) that was his name
People were misguided and thats when he came
He would go on to leave all the idols behind
He is an example to all of mankind
Rabbi al Awwal the 12th, that was the day
He came to this world to show us the way
He was born in Mecca, the holiest place
A life full of challenges he was to face
Abdullah(ra) his father,had by then passed away
Leaving Amina (ra)his mother,in her arms he lay
Haalima Sadia,took over his care
Until he was six,our prophet was there
His mother then died,he was left all alone
Abdul Muttalib(ra) his grand-dad then made him his own
When our prophet was nine, his grandfather died
Abu Talib, his uncle, became his new guide
In his 20's,a merchant Muhammed (saws) became by trade
Al-Amin,(the trustworthy) became his grade
Hazrat Khadija(ra)aged 40, became his bride
He was 25, with her by his side
To the poor,she gave away all her wealth
A dedicated wife in sickness and health
360 idols in the Kaaba, they were at that time
Our prophet realised that this was a crime
He would go to mount Hira,leaving behind his wife
Reflecting and wondering about the meaning of life
Whilst thinking there in the midst of the night
He heard a loud voice which filled him with fright
It was the angel Gibrail(as) who asked him to read
Our prophet couldn't and didnt take heed
The angel embraced him and thern asked him later
Read, Read in the name of the Creator
Who created man from a drop of blood
Our prophet couldn't read but at that time he could
Our prophet rushed to the path straight ahead
He heard a voice from the heavens which said
Muhammed(saws) truly you are the messenger of God
Muhammed (saws) was scared and thought this quite odd
'Praise be to God' his wife said instead
''I know you've been chosen as God's messenger' she said
And thus Khadija (ra) became the first woman of islam
And over the next 23 years came the revelation, the Quran
He preached to all people, every creed every race
Yet so many hardships he had to face
There were fears for his life,then the Hijrat took place
He then entered Medina, all by Allah's grace
He was greeted by the Ansaris who gave their salaam
To him and his companians,the Sahaba ikram
Then came the battles,which were fought face to face
Then the conquest of Mecca,Muhammed (saws)'s birthplace
An Nasr was revealed, it's message was clear
Muhammed (saws) knew that his time was near
Everyone gathered to hear his last speech
little did they know how far Allah's message would reach
Muhammed (saws) gave us the miracle the Quran
And now a 1/4 of the world follow Islam
He is our role-model, the best of mankind
And has left the Quran and his Sunnah behind
Read the Quran as much as you can
The words of Allah(swt) for the guidance of man
And follow our prophet's sunnah, when eating and dressing
And send him salutations and many a blessing
He came to mankind to show us the way
And Insha-Allah,we'll meet him, we'll meet him one day
I kno it aint a poem o nefin alike but
i jus wrote it neway was bored but turns out its gt a gud msg in it tho:
There was once a time when the child always wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. A time when he would dream of being what his dad is today and a time when the child who is now lost within the barriers of life used to admire his father’s love for The Almighty Allah. How then did such an admirer of the one who had the will to provide for him the love, the shelter and the knowledge he needed by the will of Allah become in such a state of life, where he himself is a mystery which is waiting to be unveiled?
What were his final thoughts before the destruction? Where did his innocence fly to and how did he reach such a revolting way of life?
Did anyone care to listen to his cries of help? Was anyone there to heal his wounds before they got bigger or was he left alone by the humanity to go astray?
Of course The Almighty Allah is always there within the heart of the true believers and the distressed as long as they themselves realise that The Creator of The Heavens and The Earth is the One whom we can and will always be able ask help from. He will always help us, Insha-Allah, guiding us to the straight path so that our lives can be better in this life and the Hereafter (Akhira).
Even though the facts of life have been spoken of in the Holy Qur’an, not everyone is aware of these, thus the elder generation were put before the young to pass on the knowledge so that we are saved from the clutches of shaytaan, Insha-Allah.
This young boy was an admirer who turned within the trade of drugs and life threatening games was coming to an end when he looked in the mirror and saw his dad in the background and quietly said:
“ And I looked up to you, why? What was that you did for me but love me and lecture me until my lost could take no more? Was that all the knowledge you had o father? Why did the halls of the customized mosques echo and ache with hurt when it was time to pray salah or at times in general? Father did you along all the other respected elders; forget that the mosque is not only for prayer but a place of safeguarding today’s youth?”
In an instant the father held his distressed son by the shoulders and said:
“ O my son we are surely to be blamed as much as you, for now I know my mistakes. The endless amount of money and time that was spent on fancy souvenirs such as chandeliers and carpeting could’ve been used to provide a facility for the youth so that there would’ve been a less chance of them falling in to the dark hole and they wouldn’t have suffered as much. It would’ve encouraged the youth to come to prayers at the mosque and by the will of The Almighty, the eagerness of performing salah as well as living life within the Islamic standards would’ve increased as the days go by. If only we had built a youth hostel near the mosque or within the area, then you, my son would’ve also benefited by all of this. We could’ve provided help with homework, answered any of your queries about Islam and general stuff as well as letting you have your enjoyment. But I guess its too late now.”
The son felt a warm, awakening feeling brush against his chest, which brought a strange yet pleasing smile upon his distressed face. He looked up to his father just like before and said:
“ Father, the way I used to admire you when I was younger, still remains deep within my wounded heart but at this moment, I felt joy and relieved upon hearing your suggestions and think its wise if you shared your ideas with the other elders, so that we can help the lost souls out there who have not yet realised the power of the Almighty Allah.”

Reflections of a sinner
Imaan Decreases as the outer affects my inner
My Inner affects my outer, and labeled a sinner
Struggle with self, as the evil begins to control
Read books on matters of the heart that will soothe the soul
Advice so general, kindred advice ever so Minimal
Once so strong, they say, now ever so weak
Appear no one chooses to speak
They claim to love for you what they love for themselves.
Taken from that book of hadeeth hidden high on that shelf.
Why do I complain when I know they are like me?
Selfish, Lost and Confused, and a bit empty
Or maybe full, yet in a state of unawareness
I must make seventy or so excuses in all fairness.
Attending Funerals of those whom I do not know
Knowing my time is near and one day I shall go
Reminded of what’s ahead.
Im not everlasting and I will be dead
When Iron Collars are wrapped around some necks
Unjust, the one who invents a lie against Allaah or Rejects.
I know ayaat, and the hadeeth of the 72 sects.
But knowing is not sufficient I must implement
Detach myself from this dunniyyah and its inhabitants.
Focus on Allaah, to You I truly repent.

Humne zulm kiya, gunnah kiya, khata ki
Humne jurm kiya, haraam kiya, balaa ki.
We have oppressed ourselves, sinned and erred,
We have committed crimes, forbidden acts and evil.
Besharmi awr behayaai ki, badakhlaaqi awr badgumaani ki
Amdan, kasdan, jalwat mein bhi awr khalwat mein - har haal mein humne ki
Immodesty and lewdness, Ill-manners and suspicion did we commit
As habit and occasionally, in solitude and in company - in all states we transgressed
Eh KHUDA!! nafarmaani ko apnaa diya, bana diya apna ma'moor
Mujrim karaar diya, ab miley saza to hoga bas apnahi kusoor
Oh my Lord!! disobedience did I embrace, made it my practice, my habit
Became a criminal, now if I am punished then have myself to blame
Magar mere RABB tujse iltija hai bas itni
Maaf kar mujh la-chaar ko, mujh Taa'ib ko, mujh fitnati
But Oh My LORD!! my request from You is just this,
Forgive this wretch, this repentant, this corrupt-one
Kar dil e beemar ko maghloob, bana de 'ayn ko nam
De mujh khatakaar ko ehsas dil ke kitne napaak hain hum
Overawe this diseased heart, make the eyes moist,
Grant this filthy sinner heartfel recognition of his impurity
Mukhlis tawbah ata farma, khawf e khudai ata farma
"Kalimaatin mir Rabbi" nawazish "fataaba alayna" farma - waste Abba Aadam awr Maa Piyaari Hawwa
Grant sincere repentence, grant fear of GOD.
Words from my Lord grant, then relent to me - for the sake of Father Aadam and Beloved Mother Hawwa
Tere dar par tera bandah haat pehlaa-e huwa hai
Yehi rujuu ilALLAH hai meri, yeh Tawbah hai meri
At Your hearth Your slave is spreading his hands,
This is my returning to ALLAH, this is my Repentence.

Quote:
For the Pleasure of My Lord
The Prisons Come Perfumed
Written by Shaykh Abū Muhammad Al-Maqdisī
____________________________________________
Dear Brother, who dwells in these prisons
To you I write with distresses,
If to Allāh you hold fast
Then what harm will a misfortune of time do to you?
Beware dear Brother, of making your corrupting your thoughts
Regarding the Promise of the Deity, Mighty and Strong,
Verily, He has promised the Believers with Salvation
As He saved Yūnus from the dark depths of the belly of the Fish,
Dear Brother, before you, passed the ancient ones
These prisons are but like those prisons,
Did not Yūsuf dwelled in them for a phase
And Mūsā, the tyrants threatened him with it,
And such was the Messenger of the Generous Deity
To imprison him, the pagans plotted,
So my Lord saved him through his Hijrah
In the company of that trustworthy friend,
And in their footsteps, the Believers traversed
Like Ahmad, that firm Imām,
And likewise Ibn Taymiyyah was blessed with it
In the fortress of Shām, as a prisoner he dwelled,
Hundreds of thousands of the True Faithful
Dwelled for a time in these prisons,
Be not weak, dear Brother, nor lose hope
When your time comes, nor submit,
Strengthen yourself by remembering the Deity, Most Supreme
And hasten in memorizing the Manifest Book,
That is for your heart a secure stronghold
And this is for your spirit an assisting provision,
These are hardships, soon they will all cease
And remaining from it will be various fruits and benefits,
So if they intimidate you, and they threaten you
Never weaken, or soften to them,
And even if they insult you, and they torture you
And if they beat you, submit not,
You are not the first to be tortured
For a Mighty Religion and a Manifest Legislation,
Nor are you alone on this Path
For there are countless caravans throughout the years,
And if an ‘Eid passes by, and a son is born
And months rotate, while you are imprisoned,
Do not grieve O Brother of the Righteous Ones
Of departing from family and losing children,
And if they forbid you from their visits
And likewise their letters never appear,
So if this is for a Lord and Religion
Then where is the patience, where is the certainty!?
And where are your past speeches
Regarding the (weight of the) Millah of that Trustworthy Messenger?!
That Intimate Friend went willingly
To slaughter his son, a clear trial,
On a magnificent, noble day like today
Without any anxiety, he put him down upon his forehead,
So my Lord saved him through His Good Will
And ransomed him with a fat sheep,
But you, your sons are in a carefree life
And diversion and amusement, and a secured home,
Yet you have not been asked to slaughter them
Rather, merely for patience of a temporary separation,
For verily, they are in the care of a Merciful Lord
And you are in solitude with Him and Faith,
For the Pleasure of a Lord and assisting a Religion
Life and all children become insignificant,
For the Pleasure of a Lord, Mighty and Generous
The prisons come perfumed, and the bitter come sweet…
SubhanALLAH! The last line kills it.

Before any1 goes off on one - for the record this poem is not written by me; it's written by Mirza Ghalib. And it aint directed at any1. And it dirty linen being washed in public. And I've been putting up poems for ages so it aint some new thing or some new trick Im playing. And seeing as I can only vaguely remember Sadia appreciating urdu poetry I hope she appreciates its depths and grammatical excellence.
The rest of you can scratch yr heads (joke yeh, no need to get OTT)
Ishq mujh ko naheen wahshat hi sahee
Meri wahshat teri shohrat hi sahee
I admit that what I have is love not madness,
But by my madness is your fame - so let it be.
Qat'e kabhi na ta'lluq hum se
Kuch naheen hai to adaawat hi sahee
Don't sever your relations with us,
If there be nothing else atleast there is enmity - so let it be.
Mere honey mein hai kya ruswaa'i?
aa-e woh majlis naheen khalwat hi sahee
If my company brings to you ill-repute,
Then if not in public let us meet in private - so let it be.
Hum bhi dushman naheen hain apney
Ghayr ko tujh se muhabbat hi sahee
We are not of our own self an enemy,
If our revival expresses love for you - so let it be.
Apni hastee hi se ho jo kuchh bhi ho
Aagahi gar naheen ghaflat hi sahee
Whatever exists, should be from one's own being,
If there's no awareness then there is insensibility - so let it be.
Umar har chand ka hai buraq khuraam
Dil ke khoon karney ki fursat hi sahee
Although life past swift as lightening,
There is respite enough for one's heart to bleed - so let it be.
Hum koi-ee tarak wafaa karten hain?
Na sahee ishq, museebat hi sahee
We shall never give up loyalty,
If there is no love, then let there be calamity - so let it be.
Kuchh to de ae falak na-insaaf!
Aah o faryaad ki rukhsat hi sahee
Grant me something atleast Oh Unjust Sky,
If nothing else then permission for laments and supplications is there - so let it be.
Hum bhi tasleem ki kho daalein ge
Be niyazi teri aadat hi sahee
We will also cultivate the habit of submissive resignation,
If your nature is but inattentive disregard - so let it be.
Yaar se chheyr chalee jaa-e asad
Gar naheen wusl to hasrat hi sahee
Let there be sweet teasing with the friend,
If there is no union there is smothered desire - so let it be.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

The Prophet Muhammad
Of all Allah's creations,
He was the most supreme,
And he filled this world with Nur,
The kind we've never seen.
Even history can show no parallel to him,
The most perfect being by far,
He was the Prophet ,
And most beloved by Allah.
Never will anyone be able to match up to him,
Even if all of us combined,
Because he was uniquely created,
And sent as a mercy to mankind.
So humble were his actions,
And so justly did he rule, that even the non-believers embraced Islam,
Oh, how great was our Rasul .
For all the years he lived,
He never held a grudge,
He never told a lie,
He was more honest than a judge.
Our Prophet even forgave his enemies,
No matter what their actions were,
And he even made Dua for them,
An attribute that is so rare.
For all the favours bestowed upon him,
Our Prophet never forgot his Ummah,
And yet how much have we done to repay him,
Do we even practice upon his Sunnah?
Just to be a bit like our Prophet ,
Should be something we all desire,
Because his attributes are so many,
It would take more than one lifetime to acquire.
Please practice upon his teachings,
Because they are an important guide,
To reunite us with our savior,
And with him Jannah to reside.

Hell Is Real
I went into my classroom,
Ready for another year at school,
I didn't want the work,
Just wanted to hang and be cool.
I had on new clothes,
New sneaks on my feet,
I was there for class on time,
Went to the back and took my seat.
Yeah, I'm moving up,
I'm already grown,
Soon I'll be graduating,
And out on my own.
I talked to some of my friends,
We were all having fun,
Said some things I shouldn't have said,
Did stuff I shouldn't have done.
I knew I was different,
I felt God touch my heart,
I knew I should set a standard,
But then I'd be set apart.
Walking to the bus,
I was not looking for strength,
I heard the car tires screeching,
But now it's too late.
I'm standing in this room,
And I can see the heavenly gate,
Oh no! I never prayed,
I thought I had time to get it straight.
An angel walked to me,
He had a book in his hand,
I knew it was the Book of Life,
When would this dream end?
I told him my name,
And he began to look,
then he looked at me sadly and said,
Your name is not in this book.
Angel, this is a dream,
No, I can't be dead!
He closed the book and turned away,
He whispered-You cannot proceed ahead.
No...no this can't be real,
Angel, you can't turn me away,
Let me talk to God,
Maybe he'll let me stay.
He led me to the gate,
Allah came to me,
He did not let me in but said,
Beloved what is your need?
Allah, I cried, please,
Don't cast me away from you,
Tears ran down my face as he said,
You knew what you needed to do.
Lord, please I'm young,
I never thought I would die,
I thought I'd have plenty of time,
Death caught me by surprise.
Lord, I went to mosque,
Please Allah, I believe,
He said you would not accept me,
My love you would not receive.
Lord, there were too many hypocrites,
they weren't being true,
He took a step back and asked,
What does that have to do with you?
Lord, my family claimed to be saved,
They weren't real, you know
I fell to my knees crying to him,
Lord, I planned to be real tomorrow,
I couldn't make Him understand,
I had never--felt such sorrow.
Then it hit me hard, I said,
Lord, where will I go?
He looked into my eyes and said,
My child you already know.
Please Allah, I begged,
The place is so hot,
He whispered, DEPART FROM ME, I KNOW YOU NOT.
Lord, you're supposed to love,
How can you send me to damnation?
He replied, with your mouth you said you loved me,
But each day you rejected my salvation.
With that in an instant,
Day turned into night,
I never knew such torture could be,
Now too late, I know the Quran is right.
If I can tell you anything,
Hell has no age,
It is a place of torture,
Separated from God and full of rage.
You know, I thought it was funny--a joke,
But this one thing is true,
If you never accept Allah
HELL IS WAITING FOR YOU!
So please, ask Him into your heart

Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
When truth was lost and hearts frozen
from You, Allah came a Prophet, chosen.
Blessed Prophet Muhammad, obedient to You
taught us the things we ought to do.
He taught us for certain that You are One
and that You have neither a daughter nor son.
He taught us to be good to our mother and father
and that Paradise lies under the feet of our mother.
I love you my Prophet and sing your praise
and follow your Sunna, Prophetic Ways.
One day I will come to visit your tomb
Insh'Allah, that day will be very soon.

The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,

THE SOUL TRADER
=============================
The soul determines punishment and reward in the hereafter;
As we are encircled with temptation;
We may end up in tribulation;
Whereas in the duniyah there was laughter;
We fall in love with our sinful actions;
In comparison to an affair of erroneous satisfaction;
Open up YOUR book for your action plan of life;
Turn to the page, Quote: "I'll change when I have a husband/wife"
Why are you letting your soul absorb sin so easily?;
Its time to realise preparation for death shall benefit colossally;
There will always be those who sell their souls to the beast;
And frantically try to regain what they lost before they're deceased;
Because they understood the purpose of the game a little too late;
Six feet under, realising that their ingenious plan was not so great;
Disease their souls with the misleading conceptions they're injected;
Gamble their life away along with the others that are infected;
Now it's hard to find a cure when the immunity is left rejected;
So learn to control the desire and be prepared for the unexpected;
And the most valuable tool is not your heart or your brain, it's your soul;
Because without it, you'll never know, let alone reach your goal.
We are surrounded by darkness, claustrophobically, missing in a location of transgression;
A pinhole of light can be located in the distance, oozing through the blackness of depression;
The sweet, superior, celestial flavour of the fountains of gold, will be tasted by the blessed;
The vile, repulsive, revolting solution of sin, will corrode the tongue of those who Allah detests;
When in despair, why do many turn towards the devil and his loathed affairs?;
Those who worship are becoming rare, extinction of misdeed is what we should prepare;
Your soul is hungry for good deeds, so feed it with Quranic literacy;
Your essence is overflowing with greed, so drain it by praying regularly;
The soul, is easily auctioned with no ideal profit gained;
The buyer you ask? The one who you fell for blindly, the devil is his name;
Now I don't care if you don't acknowledge that I wrote this;
As long as you go find a pen or in your mind note this:
Many cry, many die, many hands to the sky! All in order to find that one Peace;
Awake before dawn, in the dark, sitting on my knees... I find it with ease;
See 2 years ago, I met the man in the mirror... he looked like a joke to me;
Sat and stared him out throughout the night, until he let out his soul and spoke to me;
Thought to myself, I'm not renting this life... I've been given every single day for free;
If I’m not going to give something in return.. tell me.. whose willing to pray for me?!
And to all my people that complain that the life they live is ****ed up;
That’s because you’re always looking down and you've never looked up.
Collapse as the heavens open above, the sweet ammunition falls from those who we should love;
The tears of the prophets descend from the heavens, make du'a, cry in fear, to the ones who taught us lessons;
And like it has been said: "Before thee, also, the messengers We sent were but men.." (21:007)
So tell me.. Why do many of us struggle to live & act like they did ... back then?
As brothers and sisters we end this message in zeal that all Muslims can unite;
Not just with the one another, but with the deen, then we commence our fight;
And from time to time, My soul may fall.
But I pray for the best & for you all.

and there is a security guard infornt of each door. the security guard infront of the hell door always lies. and the security guard infront of heaven door always tells the truth. what question would u ask the security guards to find out what was behind each door???
btw its not a religious quest its a logical one...

- The teacup -
There was a couple who used to go to England to shop in the beautiful stores.
The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,

Lets face it, English is a stupid language. !!!
The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

Japanese Fish
Put a shark in your tank and see how far you can really go!
salaam

Muhammad (SAW)

The Lover is ever drunk with love;
He is free, he is mad,
He dances with ecstasy and delight.
Caught by our own thoughts,
We worry about every little thing,
But once we get drunk on that love,
Whatever will be, will be.

Kyoon tumhari yaad sataa thi hai pal pal?
Kyoon mera dil jalaa thi ho tum, pal pal?
Why does your memory torment me every moment?
Why do you burn my heart every moment?
Tum meri faryaad thi, meri du'aa
Kyoon mil rahi hai mujhe itni saza?
You were my supplication, my request
Why am I being so punished?
Jab andheri raat thi, tum thi meri chiraagh,
Chod kar jalaa kar - chod diya hai bas ik aagh.
When life was dark, you were a shining flame,
Having burnt and left me, there is now only a consuming fire.

Tumko jaana to khud ko kho diyaa.
Tumhain paana zindagi hai,
tumhain khona mawt hai.
Having loved you I forgot all other loves,
having recognised you I forgot to recognise myself,
To attain you is life itself,
to lose you is death

Tawbah
by Med.

Before any1 goes off on one - for the record this poem is not written by me; it's written by Mirza Ghalib. And it aint directed at any1. And it dirty linen being washed in public. And I've been putting up poems for ages so it aint some new thing or some new trick Im playing. And seeing as I can only vaguely remember Sadia appreciating urdu poetry I hope she appreciates its depths and grammatical excellence.
The rest of you can scratch yr heads (joke yeh, no need to get OTT)
Ishq mujh ko naheen wahshat hi sahee
Meri wahshat teri shohrat hi sahee
I admit that what I have is love not madness,
But by my madness is your fame - so let it be.
Qat'e kabhi na ta'lluq hum se
Kuch naheen hai to adaawat hi sahee
Don't sever your relations with us,
If there be nothing else atleast there is enmity - so let it be.
Mere honey mein hai kya ruswaa'i?
aa-e woh majlis naheen khalwat hi sahee
If my company brings to you ill-repute,
Then if not in public let us meet in private - so let it be.
Hum bhi dushman naheen hain apney
Ghayr ko tujh se muhabbat hi sahee
We are not of our own self an enemy,
If our revival expresses love for you - so let it be.
Apni hastee hi se ho jo kuchh bhi ho
Aagahi gar naheen ghaflat hi sahee
Whatever exists, should be from one's own being,
If there's no awareness then there is insensibility - so let it be.
Umar har chand ka hai buraq khuraam
Dil ke khoon karney ki fursat hi sahee
Although life past swift as lightening,
There is respite enough for one's heart to bleed - so let it be.
Hum koi-ee tarak wafaa karten hain?
Na sahee ishq, museebat hi sahee
We shall never give up loyalty,
If there is no love, then let there be calamity - so let it be.
Kuchh to de ae falak na-insaaf!
Aah o faryaad ki rukhsat hi sahee
Grant me something atleast Oh Unjust Sky,
If nothing else then permission for laments and supplications is there - so let it be.
Hum bhi tasleem ki kho daalein ge
Be niyazi teri aadat hi sahee
We will also cultivate the habit of submissive resignation,
If your nature is but inattentive disregard - so let it be.
Yaar se chheyr chalee jaa-e asad
Gar naheen wusl to hasrat hi sahee
Let there be sweet teasing with the friend,
If there is no union there is smothered desire - so let it be.

Time is witness,
Are we in great loss
Save those who brought faith,
And gained pious deeds
Time is witness,
Are we in great loss
Save those who adopted truth as advice
And counseled beautiful patience
Time is witness,
Are we in great loss
For such did God create the Eternity,
For such did Rahmaan adorn the Garden.
