If in the Qur'an it mentioned it was allowed, all other points would be negated.
(Just mentioning because it has started to annoy me when we muslims go all around the world to answer a question instead of just saying 'Its in the Qur'an' or something. If an explanation is needed, give it later, but give the answer first.)

And I have sorted out the template of that page. I thought I had updated all pages?
(I know I have about 500 pages to go through to fix small errors... about 50 hours of work... but the template should be the new one on all pages now.)

And apparently...consuming haraam negatively effects ones character too.
Ofcourse it does.
You have purposefully gone against the rules laid down for you by Allah (swt). That in itself will damage character.
I agree with you.
However, what would you say about fathers who raise their children on haraam dodgy income.
Do you think its correct for people ascribe the unislamic activities the children get up to and their evil characters to the fact that they eat food derived from an unlawful income?
thank u angel! ur a bonny lassie...
dats all i wanted...i just needed a little info...so thanks....
dunno why seema getting all defensive...
not just pork though...why do animals need to be killed in a special way?
POWER TO THE PEOPLE
No problemo, i dont think Seema meant it in a defensive way
The reason animals are killed like i said b4 is becuz that method is instant hence less pain to the animal
Only point 1 is why pork is forbidden.
