Even angel is up at around 1am posting here
I'm generally always asleep by 12am the latest
You lot all work/study etc so dont u find it hard to get up in the morning?
If I went to sleep at 3am I wouldnt get up until 12-1pm the latest
It so important girls to get ur beauty sleep 
but serioulsy 8 hours sleep is important

It is hard to get up but then again for me its hard to sleep, so if I cant sleep I just sit on the net….but lately since I have not been too well I have not been postin till late cuz I need the rest…….i usually have classes startin at 10 so bout 6-7 hrs is more than enough..
But Admin, Aasiyah and Hayder are always on till late.
They stay up late to talk to me!

I suffer from insomnia... especially after i watch a scary movie
Last night i couldn't sleep as images from the emily rose movie kept going through my head..
In the movie at 3:00am the devil comes to her... according to the priest its because Jesus was crucified at 3:00am and the devil likes to play with humans at this time..
I think i was wide awake at 3:00 but i was too scared to check my phone for the exact time because i didnt want to get even more scared then i already was..
Is there anything you could read/do to make sure you have a good night sleep??

was in uni for 12, altho was supposed to be 11 lol

Well there are two ways I can see for you to cut down your 8 hours of sleep:
1. Don't sleep in class as often
2. Don't go to class as often
lol i dont really sleep in class, the lecturer has these mad moments that wake every1 up, makes it hard to
