Abu Qatada European Court appeal rejected

Radical cleric Abu Qatada has lost his attempt to make a final appeal to the European Court of Human Rights against his deportation from the UK.

The court said a panel of judges of the Grand Chamber found the appeal had arrived in time - but refused it.

I'm gna read this later.

But I saw someone take excerpts from it which confused me - like Abu Qatada hasn't actually been questioned by the poice/intelligence service and there's been no evidence shown against him. 

So how have they still got him, and how did they accuse him :S

He has been hate preaching in the past and I think he's been in jail for 7 years

He's appealed againsts his charges

They probably found some sort of evidence
