Abu Qatada European Court appeal rejected

I'm gna read this later.

But I saw someone take excerpts from it which confused me - like Abu Qatada hasn't actually been questioned by the poice/intelligence service and there's been no evidence shown against him. 

So how have they still got him, and how did they accuse him :S

He has been hate preaching in the past and I think he's been in jail for 7 years

He's appealed againsts his charges

They probably found some sort of evidence

Abu Qatada refused bail by judge

The Home Office says Abu Qatada continues to pose a real risk to national security

Radical cleric Abu Qatada will remain in prison until his deportation appeal is heard in October, a judge has ruled.
