Whos says i dont do requests? Everybody loves pizza, Pizza's production is divided into three main categories.
The dough, the sauce and the right cheese. Heres how:
Step 1: The Base - 1 1/3 cups Warm water (105F)
-1/4 cup Non-fat dry milk
-1/2 teas. Salt
-4 cups Flour
-1 Tbls. Sugar
-1 pk. Dry yeast
-2 Tbls. Vegetable oil (for dough)
-9 Oz. Vegetable oil (3 oz. per pan)
-Butter flavored Pam
Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 qt.) bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes.
Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed. Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
Divide dough into three balls. In three 9" cake pans, put 3 Oz. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle.
Place in cake pans. Spray the outter edge of dough with Pam. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Step 2: The Sauce - 1 cup Hunts tomato paste
-1-1/2 cups water
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried basil
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon sugar
-1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Pre-mix the dry ingredients, mix, and set aside. In a small saucepan, combine tomato paste and water. Over medium high heat until bubbling, bring to a simmer. Add the pre-mixed spice, stir in well. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover sauce and refrigerate until needed. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. (4 - 12" pizzas)
Step 3: Cheese - The cheese is a mixture containing mostly (80%) mozzarella with parmesan and ricotta blended with small part of fresh grated Romano.
Use stone ovens, as their main advantage is that they help to distribute the heat of the oven evenly to your pizza. The normal procedure is to put the pizza stone in a cold oven, and preheat the oven to the recommended temperature. Then you build your pizza on a pizza peel (the large, flat, wooden device with a long handle you see in pizza parlors), and move the pizza onto the preheated stone. In order to do this you must be sure to put cornmeal onto the peel first so that the pizza doesn't stick.

Are you the new Jamie Oliver?
Chin up, mate! Life's too short.
LOL, shut it.
And no, im not Jamie Oliver... that guy can actually cook. I dabble. Im not suddenly becoming a chef or anything. This particular recipe was featured in Issue 11 of the revival, but for some reason it hadn't been uploaded. And someone wanted it, they asked me and i uploaded it. End of.

Come on, Adnan man! Sorry, Seraph. We're singing your praises and this is how you treat us. What sort of a friend are you. Is this true brotherhood? Because of you I've become a very depressed person and I don't like you.
JOKE!!!!!!! In case you didn't realise.
Chin up, mate! Life's too short.

How come most chefs are men?
I think women are 'cooks', because they don't get all up their own butts about it, just get on with it, while men are 'chefs' because they love to show off and make everything a competition/profession.
Present company excluded, of course.
Don't just do something! Stand there.
i wish i knew how to cook
Cooking is SOO easy. I thought I couldn't, but then I tried it and it was pretty spiffing thank you very much!
Just experiment and do not be afraid to mess up. In my experience getting two chicken legs, roasting them with chopped tomatoes and green peppers in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, a little lemon juice, a spot of tobasco, a dab of olive oil, chopped onion, crushed garlic, and a sprig or two of any herb... 45 mins at medium temperature oven... and you get a delicious meal that looks posh. It goes well with tomato-rice.
The only thing you need to do is poke the chicken with a fork to make sure its cooked through - the juice should be clear. That way nobody will get sick from eating it.
OR...
One tin of chopped tomatoes. One 'any vegetable'. The result: an acceptable pasta sauce.

Be proud of your achievements.

I know i should but, ive always found it hard to take compliments... its my fatal flaw.

OK guys/girls wot is your favourite pizza topping. Is it a plain marghirita or something really fancy like chicken tikka masala with donner or sometimes you apna style from tha curry houses.
*dirol*''Biggy'*dirol*
I prefer cheese, tomato and hot chillies, I'll add a bit of fahitas if it's halal. I love margarita, but I don't like a full meaty pizza.

Peanut butter and anchovies.
Cowabunga, dudes!

You know, I think the real, basic reason why I like pizza is because of the Ninja Turtles.

What a coincidence. Its because I use to watch Thundercats that means I like shouting "HOOOOO!" a lot.

Do you?

What about all that asian pickle (achar) that you can get on pizzas. Absolutly can't stand that stuff. Don't mind eating it chappatis but on top of a pizza. No.

I think people who put pineapple on pizza are insane.
