I live in a 3 floor house so by running up and down the stairs all day it's enough....don't you agree?
I never could play basketball and judu.....do you think theres a point in learning it. When someone starts a fight with you how likely is it you're going to start using your judu skills.

I personally think judu, twao kondo, and karate are useless in a street fight. It'll take you a minute to say 'hayyyaaaaaa' and the next thing you will know is that you're lying on the floor. The best way of self defense is boxing or kick-boxing as they are very effective in street fights.
The thing you see on tv are not true where you see a midget overthrowing a giant by learning judu.....it's all in your dreams
