Well they entertain the lil ones and keeps them occupied, and some cartoons are educational plus the kids can pick up on english.

I watch all sorts of cartoons and I'm not ashamed to say that I like watching it. Channels Citv & Cbeebies are the best!
The bit in bbc parliament I really like is when they boo, laugh and shout at each other.
