*Seraph: Can I borrow your 'hmmmm' for this post, Thank you.
Oh come on your seriously telling me that he deserves to go to prison?
Ok tell me what would you have done in that situation? What if it was you that had been receiving racism for a number of years? What if it was your flesh and blood that they tried to strangle and had kidnapped?
what gives him the right to take away a life?

Its easy to judge other ppl especially when we have never been in the position that this man was. It was wrong for him to take a life but he was driven to it. I for one can understand why he did it, others dont.
If someone was giving me racial abuse then I would just ignore it. Ok maybe I wouldnt, id probably give them a peace of my mind but wouldnt resort to killing them. However if someone ever touched my kid id make them into a human lollipop!

Killing someone wasn't the best thing to do. But think, for one minute. The racist is strangling your son, you have a knife in your hand and as a reflex reaction you use it. It wasn't right, maybe he could have just used his fist, but look at his situation, he had the mitigation, which made it manslaughter. This was provocation right?

no 'judgement' involved, just the fact that he went against soooo many laws ... and was there a purpose in all that? he's bunged up in jail and what sort of example is that to a child or even the neighbours?
I'll agree with You and Funzo, he had options, but let his emotions overtake his actions... not good, not good at all!
i didnt say that what he did was wrong im not judging his actions i cant jugdge him, i dont know his exact position maybe it was justified and maybe it wasnt.

It still counts as defence of another. Sorry, mate it doesn't form an attack as he wasn't on the offensive, look me and Naz aren't his lawyers, and the judge has already given his sentence and judgement and he said exactly what me and Naz have been arguing, except the medal bit.

Kaafirs hate Islam. We all know that.
When one or more Muslims commit Haraam things like blow up people or put bomb on buses, then we are rightly called bad muslims. But Kaafirs dont see that not all of us are bad people. They label us all as evil. Because they hate Islam and when it is biggest spreading religion in the world, this makes them more pissed off and they start spreading hatred against us all. This is their way. We should be patient. We should talk to them as much as possible to remove misunderstaning they have about us all. We should tell them that not all Muslims are terrorists just like not all Christians are terrorists. Kaafirs dont think so they hate all Muslims. They think Islam is not peace religion. It is most peaceful religion in the world but they dont know this. It is up to us Muslims to tell them this. Kaafir have very thick skulls. We need to keep telling them until it gets into their Kaafir heads.
