had a lovely miraj programme in my house today

i spent two days with mum helping her make this WICKED chicken biryani-five pounds of rice-which 20 ladies finished in 2min flat :roll:

mum delivered a really good lecture on miraaj

my baby sis and couple of little girls from summer school sang two naats

my sister led a heavy Dhikr which made her lose her voice 😂

programme ended with a LONG dua by mum

miraaj mubarak to all u guys

i know its next week-but i like to do things early 8)

Does anyone watch DM islam...

There was a programme called 'naat competition' on t'day and there were 2 young men on the show, one prayed naats called Kabir masha'allah hes got a beautiful voice and his mate was doing the duff.

I thought it was really good ...something new.

Anyone seen it ?

Nah i missed it, but i've downloaded the recordings, ther on the minhaj ul quran forum, really good, i think the brothers are coming on tonight at 11 or somthing on channel 822 sky.

yeah allahmdulliah they have beautiful voices.

Mawlana Khalid Khan is a proper medical doctor aswell innit. I dont watch it regularly cos dont get the time but watched it recently and he gave a wkd answer abt shi'a and sunni praying together - and he did one on weddings aswell mashaALLAH excellent answers.

Btw is Shaykh Abu Haneefah somali or yemeni? I think he looks yemeni but my mates go he looks like a somali? confused.

Mash'Allah there both very good, i like the way Sheikh Abu Hanifa talks, its so funny, Btw Dr Khalid Khan has got a webpage.
And as for yemeni, i tought he was yemeni, but he talks like a somali, so i dont no..besdies it dusnt matter, ther 2 very good Sheikhs.
