I was at work today totally bored out of my brains so i decided to browse through the various annuals that we have on offer. There was one with a picture of tweety on it and it got me thinking is tweety a guy or girl? Tweety has a blokes voice but has girly features (for starters check out the eye lashes).

For those of you dont have a clue what im on about take a look

^^^ lol

how did your exam go? Was it like the civil lit... multiple choice and short answers?

What electives you chosen?

sorry just being nosy lol

Exams are still going.

Civil Lit was in 2 parts... first part is multiple choice and they dont make it easy for you at all. The second part was short answers. Overall it wasnt too bad.
Had the first PLP mock today and i understand now why its open book... bcoz your books are useless. It was nasty. Got PLP (2) tomorrow and then the two BLP's... and then the real deal in Febuary.

My electives are Criminal Litigation, Family, PI and Employment as a reserve.

Its multiple choice how hard can it be lol.

how come in PLP you have 2 exams? BLP i can understand but PLP :?

I thought you would have be told by now whether you gor your electives. Those were the exact 3 i would have chosen lol reserve would have been probate though.

In that example he's surrounded by pink flowers and one of them looks like it could be a hair ribbon. But Tweety's male. You aren't the first to have wondered.

Wikipedia[/url]"]Despite the widespread speculation that he was female, Tweety is and has always been a male character, something that he often has confirmed in The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries. On the other hand, his species is ambiguous; although originally and often portrayed as a young canary, he is also frequently called a rare and valuable "Tweetybird" as a plot device, and once called 'The only living specimen'. His shape more closely suggests that of a baby bird, which in fact is what he was during his early appearances. The yellow feathers were added but otherwise he retained the baby-bird shape.

Alright, alright...

Mickey's a mouse, Donald's a duck, Pluto's a dog...

But what the hell is Goofy?

He can't be a dog; he wears a hat and drives a car!

OMG that's weird!

Don't just do something! Stand there.

When I was doing my psychology exam last year, half of which was multiple choice. There I was reading the question and looking through the possible answers. First you think it's the first one, then you think, erm no it's the second one, then you think it could be all of them.

when it comes to multiple choice and i cant decide on the answer, i read a durood or tasmiya/kalima and what ever i finish on, i pick that answer.

does anyone else do that?

Does it work?

I go with the answer which 'feels' right.

yah. i haven't failed anything so far.

what if they all feel right?

The "trick" to multiple choice to not look for the right answer, but the wrong ones.

Ofcourse that is a lot more work...

Example:

Which is fruit:

1. Turnip
2. Spinach
3. Tomato
4. Chick pea.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

That's too easy.

Turnip and spinach are vegetables, chick pea is.... something, so that leaves with tomato.

I forgot to mention this. I look for the wrong ones first which makes it easier then I choose the answer which 'feels' right.

The multiple choice is NOT easy... all the answers look plausable and near enough right. So its basicly reduced to a guessing game.

I was wondering the same things about PLP... they didnt give out any advanced disclosure documents for it like they did for BLP. But they've split it into 2 2hour exams.

They've still not really said if we've def got our choices.

Ive never thought about it... maybe i'll try it next time if i dont know. It sure beats eany, meany, miny, mo.
