Where’s the Shari’ah on ‘Shari’ah TV’?
Quote:
The presenter posed a question to the audience: "How many of you believe in the jinn, put your hands up"!! This is kufr! All Muslims have to believe in the jinn as it is in the Qur’an it is not a matter of a person’s own personal opinion! Soorah 72 of the Qur’an is entitled ‘Soorah Jinn.’
In this episode, at least there was one panel member, Aboo Usaamah ath-Thahabi, who defended the Qur’an and sunnah, even though he was berated for doing so by the audience!? One of the other panel members even claimed that any strange man could "act as her Mahraam"!? In complete opposition to the Qur’an about those who are Mahaarim to the women {see Soorah Noor (24): 31}. Therefore, someone who had been propped up as one of the ‘panel of scholars’ herself had no idea about the basics of the deen.
Apparently there was someone on Sharia TV with a really long white beard and turban. Would it have been Hisham Kabbani by any chance?
BTW I didn't go Cambridge. I went Birmingham.
I've downloaded all four episodes![Biggrin](https://www.therevival.co.uk/sites/all/modules/smiley/packs/kolobok/biggrin.gif)
