I don't understand. Is there any reason (excuse) at all, for this?!! Why would anyone who has committed a crime here be sent to the US? :S

I think it might have something to do with some American states still having the death penalty?

Its a stupid thing.

The extradition laws are weird things.

If he did a crime, he should be tried here. but I think the CPS didnt think he would be convicted (or didnt think he committed a crime).

Im not sure what the crime was but something about online fundraising, while in the UK.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

The issue is not whether or not he commited a crime in the UK, but who and where were his victims?

So, he creates a Jihadist website, funnels money to people killing Americans and so the USA has the right to go after that person. Now he has yet to be found guilty and as per the agreement with the US he will not face the death penalty if found guilty.
