so thats yellow....
Ive searched all of Shahi Bukhari and Shahi Muslim.....and the only thing it says about RED is you cant wear red saddle cloth. not red in general. it said it in quite a few hadith's.
so i can still wear my Man United shirt until some-one else can provide more backup
hhmm thats okay i suppose since i have this red shirt which ive only ever worn like once, nop no yellow shirts, does cream count?
ive got a lil red, but im still wearing it!! 1 shirt is blue-yellow-white so that dont count.
nothing on cream, but i guess i shall look up my trusty Hadith Software

He's probably the most conservative justice on the court and detests gays, he tried very hard to defend antisodomy laws but failed pretty miserably... always been a thorn in his side.
Too bad to, he was dead right - that's an infringment on states rights. SC had antisodomy laws which although rarely enforced cuz it's too hard - made a statement about the kind of people we are down here.
Seeing as it's our state and our democracy I don't see why the hippies up in New York should be sticking their noses into it by abusing the courts...

Yea perfectly normal - the only chief justice I can think of from recent times that was an associate justice first was Rehnquist.
Burger, Warren, and Vinsen were not on the court before being promoted to Chief Justice.
The D.C. circuit court of appeals has become a bit of a launch pad to the SC of late.
I think he will be an excellent CJ, although I am a strict constructionalist, conservative and am deferential to the states.
I am a bit surprised that Scalia wasn't named though - everybody sort of thought that was a given as a kind of pat on the back for years of service on the court for conservatives...
However the advantage for going outside the SC is that there are less controversial decisions to debate - like Roberts, the record is generally less well known.

lol that's a pretty good movie - I liked that one!
Kevin Kline is a splendid actor - see the Emperor's Club some time, it's an excellent movie about character and how it starts at a young age - school.
Speaking of school I don't know what the status of school prayer is in Britain but I thought this was interesting:
Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now.
Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.
For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all.
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.
We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.
We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the "unwed daddy," our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach right from wrong,
We're taught that such "judgments" do not belong.
We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.
It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot, my soul please take!
