Someone mentioned to me that jeans are "haraam" cos it is copying Kufaar and also cos boys wear jeans and girls are not supposed to dress like boys

But jeans are unisex-arent they?

Like socks, girls AND boys wear them

Another Q how much would u pay for the shoes below? Would u pay more then £30?

Mez, what height are u, u cant be shorter than me. I have stopped wearin heels cuz i dont feel comfortable in them prefer very low heel, i think khusas are pretty might get some from Pak when i go in march.

Actualy from Kashmir so i speak mirpuri, the word you used is most likely to be punjabi, have heard it but i used to think it was a swear word but in the context u used it, i think it means "mess".

That post of yours cracked me up, the mods need lessons in spelling AASIYAH!!

lol. close - its an urdu word and you're right, in this context it means 'mess'. but it actually refers to an indian dish - yellow rice that we often have on sunday mornings with scrambled egg and/or kheema. (i have no idea wots the connection with sunday morn) 😉

Im abt 5ft 2 now, but all the girls on my dads side of the family are fairly short, apart from my little sis, she towers over me when we walk, shes as tall as my brother....she hates her tall height...i hate my short height! We should just be grateful to what Allah (swt) gives us

I used to also be obssessed with heels like Aasiyah....but then something unfortunate happened to my knee and i could not wear heels so i was so glad when Khusas came back in the new and much prettier designs! I only wear flat shoes or khusas now!

So far Unze by shalimars have had the best Khusa collection but ive heards you get some really nice ones from pakistan too so im gona stock up when i go pakistan in a couple of months time!

I used to wear kussey to college even before they cam in fashion and all the non Paki's wanted to know where I got them frm 8)

Yeh i was thinkin 3 foot is pretty short, i am 4'11 to be exact....just one inch and i wud have been 5 foot oh well, u cant have everythin!

my mates also once jacked her older sisters shoes

her older sister came running out the house and grabbed the shoes of her younger sisters feet and she had to walk home bare foot :shock:

On a more serious note, i think its very good for us girls to have our hidden forum coz then it gives us a chance to talk openly to one another without the fear of boys reading it coz we know if we had a thread called 'Girls Only!' on the main forum it wouldnt take long for you guys to be reading in lol 😃

On a serious note, what could we discuss that is not allowed on the main forum?

The thing about girsl is they are a bit more coy. Sometimes they need the security to discuss topics. US guys can just blurt it out without a second thought.

But come up with some topics guys would discuss there that they cannot discuss here, and I will consider it. remember it is an Islamic forums, so the stuff will still be moderated.
