-offering daily classes for children - teaching them well
-Having sufficient space for women
-Having regular events for women to participate in (not just always having mens stuff!)
-offering support for the community
And so on. Anything that helps the mosque be a sort of centre point for the Muslim community

I don't know what i regard as my own local mosque, since the one that my Dad prays at is different to the ones that i've studied at and the one that i study at right now. There's just too many to chose from. But if i put them all together, then i think they totally serve the needs of the Muslim community, 100%, for both men, women and children. They're all doing a VERY GOOD job! Go go Brummieland!

Mosques in Luton aren't doing a great job in regards to inviting speakers over...it's like the good speakers attend birmingham and london and avoid Luton like the plague. But i guess that's because London will just attract more people and it's not too far away...
Other than that mosques around here are doing a great job with classes for children and UK Islamic Mission has also been pretty active for the last 6 months or so
But all in all i think Birmingham and London are outdoing the rest and mashAllah attract muslim brothers and sisters from all over

Needs?
Not that it bothers me or anything, but you've totally blanked me out TPOS and I absolutely hate not knowing
Bearing in mind I have VERY little knowledge, I would love to know what you really mean
Printing out prayer timetables every month?
Reciting the Adhaan everyday?
I'm probably the only one who's always curious.
I'll just continue assuming otherwise
-Having the mosque open at the appropriate times
-leading all 5 prayers
-offering daily classes for children - teaching them well
-Having sufficient space for women
-Having regular events for women to participate in (not just always having mens stuff!)
-offering support for the community
And so on. Anything that helps the mosque be a sort of centre point for the Muslim community
