huh? mellow? whats that got to do with it?

every time i breathe its a pain. cant breathe too deep, have to keep it shallow. sometimes sharp

Having a natural disposition to be being mellow indicates low blood pressure, as im not there to check it myself which is why i asked... nothng to be worried about.

The pains your feeling are due to the lack of food (most likely an effect of fasting) gases from your stomach rising etc... nothing to be worried about. It will subside.
