IGNORANCE HAS HIKMA IN ITSELF
Asalaamualikum
Food for thought....
If the veil was removed between the creation and The Creator, without being told before hand and The Creator came before the creation, creation would prostrate in awe of their Lord, losing self conciousness, forgetting what is was they were doing, without thinking what was before them, without a doubt the creation will recognise their Creator...
For if we had seen the most beautiful angel, with diamonds and pearls looking wings, reaching the horizon, as far as the eyes can see, mankind would be in awe of its beauty, but mankind wouldn't prostrate, because without a doubt mankind would recognise their Lord.
To prostrate to Our Lord would be the first natural reaction within us.
If the creation saw The Magnificence of ther Lord, their hearts would tremble with fear, overriding the heartbeat which keeps them alive, they would stumble over their ownselves to rush to good deeds, forgetting their hunger, forgetting their most vital needs, only to earn the pleasure of their Lord.
Never will their eyes would never leave sight of the ground, their necks will be bent down in humbleness in the sight of their Lord. Not even a thought of a sin will go through their minds, their hearts will be attached to Him alone.
How will our Salah be, How sincere will our du'as be? How will our good deeds increase and bad deeds decrease?
Think how you aim to please the most beloved to you, giving them what pleases them most - this is the love between the creation, how will our Love between us and our Creator be if the veil was removed?
Allah has told us of His Attributes in the Qur'an, 100 of them, yet mankind is ignorant of the Magnitude of The Attributes of The Almighty...
The hikma in this and the beauty, is that we can come close to this awareness with the veil between the Creation and The Creator.
Jibraeel asked, “What is Ihsaan?” The Prophet replied, “Ihsaan means that you worship Allah devotedly as if you are seeing him, and if you cannot do that, then know that he is seeing you.”
