THOSE WHO DO NOT SAY THEIR PRAYERS OF:
FAJR : the glow of their face is taken away.
ZUHR : the blessing of their income is taken away.
ASR : the strength of their body is taken away.
MAGHRIB : they are not benefited by their children.
'ISHA : the peace of their sleep is taken away.

A rose protects its beauty with thorns..a woman protects hers with a veil

I like that. Do you know where it comes from?

Coca-cola are the main reason why santa is in a red suit.

Apparantly that is a very common 'untruth' or urban-myth.

There are many pictures of Satan, sorry Santa, dressed in red that date back to before he sold his image rights to Coca Cola.

That maybe true but the real story of santa claus is one who died many years ago, he used to give gifts to children in a city in turker and he was named st.nicholas.

I learnt not to go to another wedding again

I learnt that my cousin is rude :@

I always say that, 'I'm never gona go to another wedding' but i always do, can't resist the free food and seeing the hideous outfits which girls wear.

I always saw that too...but unfortunetly, I cant get out of attending them, as its seen as being very 'rude' plus Islamically its an obligation..... also apparently if you dont go to other peoples weddings no one will attend your wedding (like I'm fussed) - however, I never refuse an invite to girls only mehndi's.

Wedding food isn't just free food.

It's unhygienicly handled free food...

Higher education can prevent you from making stupid decisions early on in life.

Never to venture out of the house when the sales are going on.

When you wake up late its impossible to go to sleep early.

The 20's are the restless years - as education and career stresses are behind you.

Just wait til you become a senior teacher.

BTW I was speaking to my mum, she said that before things like interactive white boards, photocopiers and even the national curriculum (she's no spring chicken) she worked ALL through EVERY holiday doing lesson plans (weekly, monthly and yearly), spent every evening til 6 preparing for the next day/marking work, and at least one day of her weekend doing the same.

I learnt I should never let my guard down during a movie.

During "I am Legend" I let out 3 loud gasps.

Most of my teacher friends are in the same boat - work every evening, weekend and holidays.

I got a job in a lazy borough (planning is done for you) with amples of support available to teachers...I hardly even visit the photocopy room!

The only thing I have to do is marking...which I do in my midmorning break.

But yeh, I guess if I want to move up the career ladder and become a senior teacher I need to work a bit harder.

I heard the film was lame - my brother put me off watching it. He prob just didnt want to go with me.

Although, its hard not to let your guard down in a cinema...I dropped coke on myself THREE times when watching Emily Rose in the cinema.

Well don't work TOO hard cos my mum was a deputy head by the time I came along.

aww bless.

Dont worry - I aim to stay where I am....extra money isnt much of an incetive for me. I'm happy with how much I get...and extra work/responsibilities doesnt seem very appealing.

Plus, I've 'fulfilled' my career aspirations anyway...I need to climb up the Islamic career ladder now.

nothings more annoying than a dodgy internet connection. been living of a broken wireless connection all week, doesn't help when i have 5 assignments in for the first week back which all require research!

The fear of the number 666 is known as hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia.

"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.

why would anyone fear the number 666 :?

To be beautiful is to expect nothing in return.

Coz it is the sign of the Devil.

One of the places I have worked we had a customer called Miss C Satan. Her account number was 00000666.

My friend told me that he used to spend his time researching fears for fun; when i say friend i mean a guy i know who i like and we meet on few occasions.

Now that just sound wrong...

isn't karma to do with Buddhism and Scientology? I like 'My Name is Earl', though.

Re: the number 666. Apparently it all stems from a mistranslation of an old Biblical text. The Script in Greek was unusual and the actual number was '667'.

In most tall American buildings, there is no '13th' floor. it goes strait from the 12th to the 14th. Noone's told them that what they call 'floor 14' is in fact still the 13th....

My friend (by which I mean someone who I like and see often and once went on holiday with) works in a hotel, and they have a room '666'. When someone checks in and tey are told their room number will be '666', some people ask to change to another room, but some people get really excited and think its really cool.

Does anyone know what is the significance of the number 19 is in Islam (if any). It is mentioned in the Qur'an 74:31 and some guys have come up with some long-winded scientific 'proof'.

Karma is that circle thingy...you get whats coming to you...you get what your own hands put forward.

Its also an Islamic concept to...i.e. you help someone today, someone will help you tomorrow, you screw someone over today, someone will screw you over tomorrow etc
