"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.
I pray that ALLAH guides our poor deluded minds into the light.
Peace a word from a Lord Most Merciful.
As for the people who say they answered the ruling of ahnaaf, please I didnt ask for hadeeth, hadeeth are replete with different meanings, different contexts. I humbly requested evidence that the ruling of ahnaaf has changed. Unfortunately some people openly lied and said they have given evidence, I am yet to wait.
No, I do not expect thanks, my problem is that the people do not show correct respect for the KNOWLEDGE. Even now they think it is me being arrogant for refusing to discuss in detail over here, do they not see that treating the matters of deen as trivia is a huge insult and swear?
Have they now understanding as to what this deen is? This deen is not a toy for people to play with for fun in forums, it is divine guidance. Yet they accuse me of arrogance for trying to maintain what little respect I can for deen?
To ALLAH is my complaint.
assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullah.
lol
now you are accusing people of liars....astagfirullah.... yet more accusations!... do some taubah bro...and give your fingers and mind a rest!
dont try to preach to us what deen is...pls....dont lecture or patronise us. I have learnt many things about our beatuful Deen under good scholars....i dont need a lecture from you. We all respect the Deen...not just you...but of course you are better than us, more superior, more knowledgable...and because you study in a madrassah.....how can we compare ourselves to you!

1 more question.
Is it okay to have medicine containing gelatine (or anything else haraam 4 that matter)? I mean I recently had antibiotics but felt bad after I found out the capsules were made of gelatine. But, It's not like I wanted to take them, I had to given the situation.
I think medical conditions are an exception it wasnt like you were eatin the capsule because it was food that tasted nice (i love jelly sweets but cant eat them after i found out they were haram) neway islam makes life easy for everyone, if you have a medical requirement and it can only be fulfilled by takin a capsule that contains gelatine then it i would think it was permissible...
i used to love marshmallows- especially in hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkeld choc on top, yum!
but then i discovered marshmallows have pork gelatine in them, i think.
imagine my horror

Lol, I was once eating chocolate trifle, had about half of it, read the ingredients, found out it had pork gelatine in it, yuck! I guess we have all had to give something up, the amount of sweets we have had to throw away coz of gelatine. My sis says eat them first THEN check the ingredients!
"I bought some halal jelly babies and they were digustin"
Halal jelly aint that nice either, I'm talkin about the Ahmed brand. Not enough flavour.
I heard that Lucozade original had alcohol in it. Apparently a tiny amount, something like 0.001%, so small that they didn't have to declare it under British Law. Its not that they put it in on purpose, it's a by-product of the production. But now peeps are saying its okay.
What about walkers cheese & onion crisps, now they're halal, taste the same to me, why put the animal rennet in   !!
