Girl Talk!

Milk is supposed to be good for you, strenghens your bones etc. il see if anythin is mentioned bout milk in the medicines of the Prophet (saw). I dont like warm/boiled milk it tastes yuk, dont like the taste milk leaves afterwards but i gues i dont mind cold milk in my tea and i like havin cereal at times. Having said that i hardly drink milk.

i was flicking thru the channels and came across the Trisha talkshow

(the lamest talkshow on TV)

but this on was titled "I'm hooked on Abu Humzah"-so I watched it

it was based on the theme of how "good girls fall for bad boys"

it was so funny

the lady in love has been writing letters to him in jail and he's been writing back

she goes he has a "sensitive side" and she fell for the way he expresses himself

never gives up-good speaker

she likes that fact that he's "big and strong" Trisha couldnt beleive that anyone could be attracted to him

the audience was getting uptight saying "your condoning what he is doing"

she goes "we dont discuss terorism we dont go there" thats a diff side to him

she wishes that everyone could see that "sensitive side of him"

she said "if he told me to drop a Bomb in London-obvioulsy I wouldnt do it"

I just cant get over the fact that Abu Humzah has been writing back to female admirers :shock:

shes probably lying...eiether that or Captain Hook is a playboy

i used to love milk until my doctor said it was bad for my sinuses - apparantly all dairy products are not very good. personally i dont care

The thing about all this is every month a different doctor will say it good/bad for you. next month a different one will contradict the first doctor..... the month after, hey presto the first one was right! next month.... you get the idea.

Unless you binge, milk will be good for you. There are some people however who it will also cause harm to.

me and sis had our Eid clothes sent from Karachi last night

we had our eye on these pretty suits from Green street-but dad ordered our clothes from back home-we were so annoyed

but the suits that came were SO pretty

Karachi always has the best clothes

whenever we get clothes sent from Pakistan for Eid this means that we don't have to visit shop after shop during Ramadan-when we're knackered

its impossible to do shopping in Ramadan

me and sis going town in a bit to get mum a b'day prezzie

got her chocs and flowers already

got any ideas?

with girl prezzies its always the typical stuff

mum's not into that

the only stuff she uses is white musk from body shop

and she aint into make up (she one of them who dont need it either)

being a simple lady-I suppose I have to look for "simple" stuff

hanbag is gud, u can never have to many, erm or since winters cumin up u can get her a shawl or sumfin similar..
u can try gettin simple jewlery such as birthstone rings/ necklace etc which are realy unique!

Accessorize has nice stuff but is overpriced went to pakistan recently and got sum kewl stuff at such cheap prices they had the best handbags ever, and realy nice shawls and hijabs... everythings here is over priced compared to there...

Pakistan-karachi is the BEST place in the whole world for shopping

if I didnt have an issue with my family from karachi I'd go there every year
