There are reports that there are probably roughly a hundred young radicalised British men who have gone to fight in the middle east.
They were mostly radicalised here in the UK and told that it was their religious duty to go protect their brethren. Most will be committing hienous crimes against humanity from killing whole families to just babies.
Some will even perish in these foreign lands.
However the surviving babykillers on their return to the UK will not be arrested, interrogated and charged with terrorism.
That is because they have not joined ISIS or JuN, but the better armed more deadly Israeli Militia.

Were is you evidence for the above statement? was it your previous article 21 July 2014?
As you say most have been radicalised the the UK, but the answer is? Do we punish them when they return? The simple answer is yes, they have commited a crime against both Islam and Humanity.
They ae killing both defenceless Muslims whose only crime, in their eyes is on their interpreting of Islam is differant from ISIS's. In which case there are many ways of following Islam and ISIS's version is based on Wahabism . "Wahabi Muslims are followers of Mohammed ibn Abdul Wahab in the 18th century in Arabia", therefore their views are quite recent.
The challenge from the Muslim community, if these returnees are prosecuted will be. NATO has killed many Muslims, both innocent and combatents. This most people would agree, but ISIS is killing innocents deliberately, whilst NATO is trying to minimise the killing of innocents and if individuals are found guilty of crimes similar to ISIS they face trial and punishment.
I didn't think there was any dispute over here. Young British Jews go and fight in the Israeli Militia.
You can't judge non Muslims by Islamic law. Humanity, yes.
Just in case you didnt realise, I was not talking about those going to Syria etc but those going to Israel, joining the Israeli forces, taking part in occupation and murder in Palestine.
I agree with your answer - they should be prsecuted on their return to the UK. But I do not expect a single conviction.
