Almost everyday i search through my memories of school/6th form (or college if you prefer) and i wish that i was back there! It's kind of annoying actually not being able to live in the present and instead living in the past. Sometimes i find myself trying to relive those times through my younger cousins - seriously! Gosh i must be so annoying to them, i never stop telling them that school is the best time of a persons life and how they should make the most of it and be who they want to be and just really live it (obviously ignoring the fact - or fatal flaw? that i've just started my twenties and don't really have much 'experience' of life!)
In a way it's probably because the future is a scary, unknown (and unplanned) void where we have to grow up - act muture and so on, while school sighh was the time where everyone thought that they were cool (good times, good times) and it was so chilled out. we didn't have to worry about where our next paycheck (direct debit) was coming from - we got that from our EMA just for going to school (and there was always ways to get it even if you had bunked most of the week-heh)
Bunking. It's a whole other topic! Speaking from the more mature, responsible side: I condemn it and a person doesn't realise how much they miss by bunking a lesson (I do believe this now by the way) but...
Speaking from a more balanced, realistic side: Bunking sometimes makes the best days - it's true!
In fact one time i bunked i ended up in Edgeware Road (it's in London for those of you who thought: what?!) a whole street of Arab food, sheesha etc etc etc, my friend and i guessed the way there and guessed the way back (we weren't too familiar with how to travel on the tube (the underground) at the time, wayyy too many coloured lines you see..
In fact once on a separate occasion another friend and i ended up in Edgeware (aprox 1hour 15mins) instead of Edgeware Road (aprox 40mins)
Anyway both extraordinarily turned out to be fantastic days (among many many many more) - i would go into detail but part of me wants to keep it hidden like a child does when they're guilty of having too many sweets (or something similar!)
I just wish that we could kind of see ourselves there - time travel back or something - like a movie "He's behind youuu", "Don't do thattt", "What was i thinking?!", "Say somethinggg". I mean sure I know that on a deeper level, watching our past is not the purpose of life but it would be interesting no? Althoughh for the sake of a balanced argument, we would be technically wasting our present in our past which means that when we delve in our memories we are wasting time - if you get what i mean.
Oki dokey i think i've happily rambled long enough (i'm starting to get pins and needles in my left foot)
Thus/therefore/hence i'm going to stop here and continue to reminisce without the typing..
Merci to those who was able to come this far with the reading - massive accomplishment grinnnnnn
Au revoir folksss

FRom what i just read i can tell that Smallvill has evolved A LOT from the last time i watched it.
i never liked Lana..she's so annoying, and (WAY BACK) she wore that kryptonite necklace and was so unaware that Clark was literally..well..dying. LOOL!
Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
Is superman still scared of heights in it?
LAAAMMEEEE
(here is a hint to the writers: people are generally scared of heights because they are scared of falling, hurting themselves etc. So superman - who is more or less invincible - being scared of heights is just plain stupid.)
"For too long, we have been a passively tolerant society, saying to our citizens 'as long as you obey the law, we will leave you alone'" - David Cameron, UK Prime Minister. 13 May 2015.
i never knew that!...
Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
I watched some early episodes of it and the only half decent character was Lex Luthor - who had some depth in his character.
and then I think they decided to make him turn evil for some reason...

LEx is doomed to be evil. ever.
it would be fun to make a whole new version!

Ok i would just like to point out that i am soooo not jealous of Lana (eww) she just annoyed me because her character was so 'oh my god, Clark saveee meee' but then when she wanted to be a total - ummm whats the word i'm looking for.. witch, ahem* she could suddenly find the confidence to be so, like one episode where she pushed Chloe down the stairs and tried to like kill her (wayy back) or when she is Mrs Luthor and acts as if she runs the town - not cool man. She's annoying and i'm glad that Lois is the one who ends up with Clark (Chloe would have been good too - poor Pete though)
Oh and Lex was..IS a greattt character, Michael Rosenbaum played him flawlessly

o i neraly forgot she was Mrs Luthor for a littl while
lex had to be killed off to make room for the kandorians to come in start their so called rule over the earth and zod to try and get rid of clark.....season 10 is going to b great...wonder if the kandorians will come back and who is that old lady....and is lex alive
.....seriously dont want it to be the last season
Lana and the reporter girl were my favourite once a upon a time.
Clark Kent was a real life wax look a like whose nose flaired up everytime he was supposed to be stressed.
Oh Clark's dad was also my favourite!
and Clarks mum was my favourite too! She was Lana in the movie Superman 3 yes? I think so, cos I saw her, recognised and nearly fell out of my seat in excitement over recognising the younger version!
Yeh i was the same i think it was her! Lex can't actually be dead, i won't believe it!
Jihad of the Nafs (The Struggle of the Soul)
