so here i was being totally spaztic talking about taking over various things...
then
"wel basically there's just so many already (mosque). It's not about creating a new faction, it's about unifying and rectifuing the existing ones..but when it comes to mosques...i don't know how we'd do that. (...) I'd love to rectify muslim shcools. make it into something i'd send my kids to WILLINGLY. especially girls school. the huge, major [insert other for big] problem is money. money. money. and thats the thing.. instead of opening lots of small low-budget schools why not unite and open a GOOD GOOD school! and i know there's location and lots of muslims (as in problems) but if we get one underway and settled properly then you can open a second one somewhere else and a third...and inshaaAllah it'll become good. what im thinking also is that the head of those schools..they need to pull themselves together and purify their intentions (...)
opinions on the topic? practical things we can start doing?
i think the only thing we can do is go seek that knowledge. talk to the head of the school and abt unifying...that sounds imposible... where i live, there's about 5 mosques on your way to school...how would you unify all of this!!??

Need to get to the root of the problems, why are these masjids divided in the first place. People can't get along with differences in my opinion, don't know why :/
Some however do work together and are trying to make an effort, the effort though needs to be made as a community working as a collective. I don't think it's an impossible task...you yourself need to get involved IMO otherwise you won't see the change you want. I had ideas of doing something small myself with the hopes it'd become bigger. My problem is too much thinking and speaking but no action, i'm too negative and a perfectionist. I find it hard to get started.
Lets reunite the ummah under one flag LA ILAHA IL ALLAH MUHAMMADUR RASULULLAH
if you know whats wrong with you. tis the first step to change. you basically gotta do the opposite of what you;ve mentionned above. so get started.
also. check out "charity week" and get involved if you can. they're all abt unity but their numbers are REAAALLLYYY small hence why they cant grow big..not enough people. there was a meeting for people who wanted to be involved in CW 2012 and NO GUYS turned up.
and it took me abt 2/3 month to understand difference of opinion and come to term with it. and this is a young changeable mind. imagine leaders of masjib? gonna take a long time...
Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
I dont think money is that big a problem.
The Muslim community is huge enough to raise substantial funds of money.
Besides, the free schools project from the Tory government can be taken advantage of to create new schools.
What is lacking is organisation and willpower.
