Here are 5 sayings of the Prophet (saw), which are directed to each and every one of us.

1. The Prophet said: 'The world is a prison for a believer and Paradise for the disbeliever.'

2. Narrated Abu Musa (RA): Some people asked Allah's messenger 'Who is a very good Muslim'? He replied: 'One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands.'

3. Narrated Abu Hurraira (RA) Allah's Messenger said: 'By Him in whose Hands my life is, none of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father and his children.'

4. Narrated Abu Hurraira (RA): The Prophet said: The signs of a hypocrite are three: (1) whenever he speaks, he tells a lie; (2) whenever he promises, he always breaks it; (3) if you trust him he proves to be dishonest; whenever he quarrels he uses foul language and behaves in an evil and insulting manner.'

5. Narrated Anas (RA) From among the signs of the Hour are: (1) Religious knowledge will be taken away; (2) Religious ignorance will prevail; (3) There will be prevalence of open illegal sexual intercourse.'

HADITH OF THE MONTH

The Messenger of God said: "People are asleep. When they die, they will awake". So few words yet such deep meaning. Just ponder over it for a few minutes.
