Ohhh you mean Subway - okay quick note on the name.
The sandwiches they serve - with the long rolls, is called a "Submarine Sandwich" - they don't have a TM on that, they've been around forever.
They just happen to make them - somewhat badly I might add, but certainly better fast food than most places.
I never order from there, there is an awesome place called "giovannis" right near me that makes pizzas and subs and they deliver.
5 bucks and BAM you got a meatball sub, or a breaded cod sub, or a sausage pepper and onions - capicola, pizza sub, whatever

I tried making it the other day.
1- I placed the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water.
2- I kept stirring.
3 - After 7 mins I added the sauce to the saucepan.
4 - After 3 mins I drained the pasta and ate it.
No idea if that is how you're supposed to make it. I doubt it.

Lol.
Add pasta to boiling water, or to normal water and bring to boil.
let itr boil for about 7-10 minutes. You test it with the 'bite test' get a piece out (with utensils!) and bite it to see if its soft enough. (don't put the bit piecev back in). Leave until cooked.
Drain pasta.
you can either put he pasta back in saucepan, add sauce and mix with no heat or alternatively, with heat.
Serve hot.

Add to boiling water.
I could really do with more tips.
It wasn't a question, it was a choice.
But since you also asked for more tips, I'll try;
1./ If its one serving about two litres of water is Insha Allah T'ala sufficient, if its about four servings, double the water. (bear in mind the more water the longer it takes to bring to boil, however once its boiling the pasta will cook quicker, you could probably get away with half these amounts if you wanted. )
2./ Get a decently big pot for the water, you want about 2 inches spare above the water, incase it boils violently and the pasta sytarts doing small jumps like little yellow dolphins on a stormy sea.
3./ Put about one one third of a level table spoon of salt oin with every litre of water.
This add a little flavour to your pasta, but more importantly, it raises the boiling point of water; thus your water will be hotter and cook the pasta fasta. (oh I am hillarious! )
4./ About a plate of pasta will be enough for most people, but put in a sensible amount (a little less if its 'a practise' run, a little more if people ask for 'an encore'. Plan ahead, The Holy Prophet SAW has said, "war is strategem.")
5./For simplicity's sake, lets go with bring water to boil route, so do that.
(no need to stir it, the salt should mix in on its own Insha Allah T'ala)
6./Take pot off the boil and put it on another ring/hob or something(so its easier to control, i.e. so its less er..bubbly.) WATCH OUT for the other gas/electric ring/hob if you left it on.
6 part b./ Immediately add the pasta, but carefully so as not to get hot splashes, then immediately put pot back on the heat. (if you think its worrth give the pasta a cold rinse to clean before stage 1. but chances are, this isn't needed.)
7./ leave for about 5 mins (NO need to stir).
8./ Do the bite test, repeat step 7./ if neccessary.
9./Drain pasta carefully in a colander (In punjabi its called a 'channa'), Don'tt do any thing sill, if the steam rises up and gets too much, take a break and then carry on, seriously its one minute job tops.
10./ Put pasta back in a (any will do, even the one you just used) pot, put it on a cooker, add sauce, stir. (turning the cooker on is optional, depends how hot you want it, but the heat of the cooked pasta should be sufficient.)
Et Voila.
I might give recipe for a cheese sauce and a tomato sauce.
Hope this helps.
