I think they are allowed, girls have to cover their ear.hair anyway (hijaab) so the only people who get to see her peircing are mahrem men and sisters, mum ect and husband... there is nothing saying that women are NOT allowed to get thier top part of ear pierced.. as far as I know... so go ahead, as long as it is done in good taste 😛

according to YOUR understanding ur answer to Naj should be

"wer does it say in the quran that we can pierce the top part of our ears"

"did the wives of the Prophet (pbuh) pierce the top part of their ears"

does it say in hadith that we can piece top part of ur ear

piercing top par of ear is a biddah

u see i got my ear pierced yea maybe last year, but didnt know it maybe not jaiz, my bad i didnt look into it....now ppl tell me it aint right, i aint sure....took time to heal BUT i need 2 know if its not jaiz so i can take my ring out.
