I think we do have a problem welcoming newcomers unless they have views that agree with our own.
I have been guilty of jumping on a new-comer becuase I didn't agree with their views - and that person never posted again. 🙁

i think we shud wait at least 2/3 days before disagreeing with them

btw......if sum1 disagrees with a newbie, and theyre wimps - you wouldnt expect them to comeback! if they got some cohones, then they'll stick it out
dave doesnt agree with everything we say, 100man doesnt agree with a lot thats said by the members, others also hold differences of opinion on a wide variety of matters - but were all happy to be part of a thriving community 🙂
