For those who do not know, this place is to talk about nothing. Nada. Zilch. And everything else which according to you does not deserve it's own topic.
The other one was getting a bit long, and was just full of bickering now.
So we have a new start.

same here dude. if it wasn't for the 2 weekly dhikr gatherings i go to, only the Lord knows what state my eeman would be in. just keep on reciting durood, as the dhikr of Mustafa ๏ทบ is the dhikr of Allah (swt) ๐ that sure will keep you spiritually boosted inshaaAllah.

Correct me if i am wrong but isnt a mehfil different to dhikr gathering?

in our dhikr gatherings we have a small talk, group dhikr, hadrah and food = small mehfil. a mehfil is a gathering.

In ishtimas at the mosque we open up with a naat shareef or something from the quran and then a talk then dhikr and then dua and a bit of food simmilar to a dhikr gathering.

passed my assignment first time round and i did it the night before. im SO clever ๐ and it was only a page! haha, this other girl in my class spent weeks on it and she did like 5/6 pages on it and still got the same grade! if that happened to me, i would be so annoyed.

i did 12 and got C

I know rain is a blessing, but knowledge is a blessing too!
A-levels are supposed to be the biggest work-load of any time in a students' life - just think, a few months effort and it will all be over! On the other hand, if you keep not going in, you may have to re-take, then you got a whole extra year!!! :o
Got back from a mehfil half an hour ago. I have been ill so been missing out on this kind of things, at times I feel I have no Iman but when going to mehfils and thinking of Allah (swt) and the beauty of our beloved Holy Prophet (saw), i think otherwise, maybe i do have Iman, weak maybe but nonetheless there, inshallah.
