I can’t believe myself sometimes, got assignment for tomorrow and i haven’t still started it! and I’m not even panicking!

Swimming is apparently the best form of excercise.
I'm not a great swimmer, but I love the water. So after finding out about a local Muslim women weekly swimming session I signed up.
But since its been over 5years since I've been in the water - today I realised that I've forgotten how to swim :oops: Plus, I couldnt do a width without getting breathless.
Does anyone here know or love to swim?

re: swimming.
I used to do this a lot when I was a kid, I was really good at backstroke (but kept hitting my head on the wall at the end of weach lap)
I went swimming again this summer at found it SO hard i almost sunk! but it really is the best work-out if you keep practicing. Could for strength and stamina. I can't find anywhere that is 'men-only' tho...fortunately I don't wear my glasses whilst swimming so can't see anything bad!
