I went to my induction week, it wasn't that bad. My uni is massive, they've got a huge 3 floor building just for the library.

the course im doin at uni has no exams!! i hated exams at a levels.. n retakes i always did worse
i find it too difficult to revise for exams i prefer doin assignments cos i kno even il always sumhow get the wrk dun even if it means stayin up all night but i cant say the same for revision!!

In my course I have to sit six exams in total…I’ve got through five and have the sixth one booked some time in Jan.
It’s the maths one…it’s SO hard cos it consists of mental maths. Something that I’m terrible at…I have no idea how to work out percentages without a calculator…and what makes it worse is that, I have to sit it on a computer, with approx 15 sec to answer each question, with the stupid stop watch ticking in the background.
BTW guys, how common is cheating in exams at your Uni? A couple of mates who all go to diff Uni’s say it’s very easy to cheat…cos they place you right next to one another….its the same in my Uni and in my sisters Uni.
She often tells me that people come and sit close to her and copy every answer in her paper….
A while ago I was sitting an English exam which I finished early and was waiting to leave….the girl who was sitting next to me saw that I was finished and slipped me HER paper …asking me to complete couple of sections that she couldn’t do.
I couldn’t believe the audacity of the girl. I also couldn’t believe that we got away with it.
[color=indigo][b]Cheatings very easy now, my sis cheated loadz when she did her uni exams. All her friends were sat fairly close to each other so they could look over and stuff and they also made a code up which helped loadz.[/b][/color]

I have three exams next week, monday, wednesday and friday. My life won't be exam free especially not for the next 3-4 years. It's hard but it's got to be done. Do dua for me too......

Ok, exams are coming up soon. Has anyone started revising?
My exams are in 2 weeks time and I haven't started revising, going to start soon though, been saying that for the past few weeks.
All I do is read my lecture/seminar notes and textbooks, will make some notes too. When I was doing A-levels, my teachers said to practise answering past exam questions, but now that I'm at uni, they have told us not to :?.

Yeah i got exams coming up too, in about 1 and a half months or so and am making revision notes. But i havent started revising properly yet.
Im most worried about my biology practical exam, cuz last year i messed it up big time and it was because my exams when good, which pulled my grade up.
Alhamdulillah i dont have any retakes to do, so i got 6 exams, other people gt 14 but i need to work my butt of to get the grades i need to get into university inshaAllah

Thanks for the luck considering I'll need it, I think I started my revision a wee bit late.
Just went through my notes and boy is there alot to learn, the area homicide is massive, and that's just one topic area.
Don't worry, it happened to me when I did my A-levels. I got a U in one paper so I got C overall, was a few marks away from a B.

I cant believe A2 exams are so hard, and those who claim A levels are getting easier are chatting rubbish cuz these are the hardest exams iv done.

Firstly id like to wish everyone good luck in their summer exams. iv got them too but my timetable is bad iv got 5 exam papers on one day!!! I will be shattered by the end of it!!!
