What do you do when your sad?

We all get sad sometimes

sometimes cos of personal problems and sometimes cos loved ones are sad or sumtimes cos of no reason

how to get rid of this feeling > 😢 and become 😃 again?

And how comes sadness is so contagious? :shock:

if one person is sad evryone who is close to that person becomes sad too

is this just a feeling that u ride out-or do u activaly do sumin about?

is british weather to blame for sadness? :shock:

Believe it or not...........weather has an effect on my mood.

When its all rainy and dull grey skys etc....and im sad im extra sad.

When its a clear blue sky and the suns out and im sad....im not as sad if you get what i mean.

And when im sad over petty issues and start wishing i was dead.....i think twice upon those who are less fortunate which cheers me up alot. 🙂

But one thing is i get sad very easily.......i take things to heart very easily, even if it will sometimes B a joke.

When i'm sad I write poetry... or I paint.

Sometimes I just like to look at a calm pond and think about the ducks and reflect on life...

I write some of my best poetry when i'm sad

lol just mine - I don't have an artistic bone in my body.

The last painting I did was a fingerpainting... in a High School art class.

We also had to do poetry in a creative literature class... oh boy that was painful.

I did a series of limericks all on the theme of how much I don't know what i'm doing

ew biscuits and gravy, no way... havent tried bisquick. oreos and milk are top btw!! and another thing i really miss is softbatch cookies... gosh were those nice! :shock:

i've tried blueberry syrup, nowhere near as good as aunt jemima's maple syrup, love that stuff. 🙂
