iv read the book and dont know how the tv version came across but i found it really bizzare...most of the times i was like Muslims soo dont do that  rather annoying esp when at the end it all turns out ta be a stupid daydream :!: :x

Medarris — Thu, 29 Dec 2005 - 22:47

I heard the man in tha programme does sigheh with the women?

If he does then it should be noted this is shia prostitution and is not a nikah. It is a part of their faith.

Apparently the one who does sigheh/muta once he reaches the rank of Sayyidina Hussayn, twice the rank of Sayyidina Hasan and thrice the rank of Sayyidina Ali radhiyallahu anhum ajmaeen.

This is their filthy belief that sleep engage in prostitution and reach the rank of their mythologoical demi gods known as the infallible imams.

filthy ppl, disgusting.

While I totally agree with you some might not be so eager to agree. See it all depends, if you think the shia are your muslim brothers.

If they are then yes muslims DO do this. Infact najaf, karbala, qom and the other shia ''holy'' cities are famous for their thriving prostitute trades. The whole backbone of prostitution in these cities relies on the shia religious students who study and enjoy their temporary marriages.

Lahore's prostitute racket is also run by shias as is much of lollywood.

Good old Shi'tes.

I do not claim to know this topic in detail but I believe a number of books in urdu and english are widely available on this topic.

No doubt persian has many mighty tomes on this topic also.

Muta (arabic)/ sigheh (persian)

This is a temporary marriage. Basically before having relations the man whispers a special forumala, dunno what it is (if any1 really wants to knw then ask a shi'te). The whispering of the forumal makes her halal for him. As far as I know they can agree to have a marriage for a certain time. So he can agree to marry her for a few hours, for a week, for two months, for 7 years and then they ''divorce''.

This prostitution does not require any witnesses, I am not aware of it involving a dowry.

Thats about as much as I knw really.

I think in the early period of islam it may have been permitted when Sahabah Karaam were on trekking missions. But by the end this was totally and for ever abrogated. The ruling was definitely that this type of agreement is not permitted and is not a marriage but it became more advertised during the khilafah of Sayyidina Umar radhiyallahu anhu.

From this the shia say it was a made forbidden by Sayyidina Umar radhiyallahu anhu and continue with it.
Mut'ah

"I believe in ALLAH, in His Angels, His Scriptures, His Prophets, the Day of Judgment, and in the fact that every thing good or bad (in the world) is pre-destined by ALLAH the Exalted, and in the resurrection after death."

Belief of a Shia for Mut'ah is:

As in the days before the battle of Khaibar, Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w) permitted the use of temporary marriage. Narrated Salama Bin Al-Akwa (r.a):

"In the year of Autas, ALLAH's Messenger permitted a temporary marriage for three nights, but He prohibited it afterwards". (Muslim)

Unfortunately the Shia's had conveniently forgotten the part where it was forbidden and have fabricated many lies trying to justify this clear Haram act....

Narrated Ali (r.a):

1. ALLAH's Messenger forbade the temporary marriage in the year of Khaibar. (Muslim, Bukhari)
2. At the battle of Khaibar, the Prophet forbade the temporary marriage (Mut'ah) of women, and the eating of the flesh of domestic asses. (Bukhari, Muslim, Masnad Ahmed, Nisai, Tirimzi, Ibn-e-Majah)
Narrated Rabi Bin Sabra on the authority of His father that ALLAH's Messenger said:

"I had permitted you the temporary marriage of women, but ALLAH has prohibited you from that till the day of Resurrection. So if anyone has a woman by temporary marriage he should let her go; and do not take back any of your gifts from them". (Muslim, Abu Daood, Nisai, Ibn-e-Majah)
Anyone with the right mind can see that temporary marriage is clearly forbidden, but again the Shia have rejected all Hadiths in this matter and still continue to follow their desires, even if it is Zina (fornication, adultery etc.). Muslims can not compare the above Hadiths with some fabricated lies from the Shia's Hadith:

Khomeini stated in his book "Tahir-ul-Wasila", Vol. 2, Page No. 292, "Temporary marriage can be for one day, a night, and even just a few hours!. But for Khomeini, that was not enough so he further states in the same book on Page No. 292, "Temporary marriage can be performed with harlots and prostitutes". According to the Shia's, lie was attributed to Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w):

Muhammad said: "One who performs Mut'ah (temporary marriage) once will attain the rank of Imam Hussain, one who performs it twice will attain the rank of Imam Hassan, one who performs it thrice will attain the rank of Imam Ali and one who performs it four times will attain my rank". (Tafseer Mihaj-ul-Siddiqeen, Vol. No. 1, Page No. 356)This is the lowest the Shia can get when sleeping with a prostitute and get instant Paradise. However for the Shia this can never be enough... . They have still worse to come. Infact the amount of Shia references would be enough to fill a book on this subject.. as the Shia indeed try at every step to justify this forbidden act. In the same Shia book mentioned above, it is written in clear words that the number of women that a person can be engaged with in temporary marriage at the same time is unlimited. May ALLAH guide and protect us from this and all the other Shia filth that they try to enforce upon us. Any good out of this, is from ALLAH and any error in this is from ourselves and Shaitan.
DO witches get on with the jinn?

The thing about Mu'ta is... The divorce period is still 3-9 months... during which time the woman cannot remarry. Not exactly useful for prostitution...

That is if you accept that Mu'ta is allowed.

Some shia probably do believe Mu'ta is allowed (as from Med's quotation [even though its not a shia site... so its accuracy cannot be accounted for]), but I doubt many subscribe to the position that has been putlined in red.

u r entitled to ur views abt the website.

If you are doubtful in regards to ANY of their quotes or any of their claims and require proof. I URGE you with full force to contact the noble brothers and ask for assistance or proof.

Alternativly contact the Islamic Academy of Manchester and ask to make an appointment with Hadrat Mawlana Dr Khalid Mahmood Sahib. inshaALLAH all confusions will be cleared.

Secondly I think my definition of literature differs from yours. The website contains articles, for me literature are books - either on paper or as ebooks - but they must be fully written and stand in their own right.

I dnt think Im making much sense but my standard is that the website does not have much literature.

Anyone who wishes for proof, plz plz plz contact the ulama mentioned or the brothers at kr-hcy.com.

I give a guarantee they will be MORE than willing to assist in anyway possible, even criticism will be dealt with. I personally vouch for their attending to your queries.

If it turns out that the shi'tes are indeed spewing such filth and we just sat back and did nothing how will we face the Jama'at of Sahabah Karaam on the Day of Qiyaamah? I believe we as muslims owe it to those Illustrious and Most Noble Humans that we ascertain the truth of what is being said and propagated about them.

May ALLAH make us amongst the Lovers of Sahabah Karaam.

May He ta'ala grant us the Truthfulness of Siddiq e Akbar, the ability to differentiate between Haq and Batil of Farooq e Azam, the modesty and bashfulness of Dhun Nurayn, and the valour of Asadullah

radhiyallahu anhum ajmaeen.

ameen Ya Rabbe Muhammad salallahu alayhi wa sallam.

thats not true. i'm sure. i mean come on, i think we'd know about it if this was the case.

have they cited any references for the (alleged) ahadith?

You — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 00:46

Med; always try to take shia beliefs from shias. We bunch 'shias' as a solitary group who all have a fixed belief.

Some believe some things, others believe other things. And any explanation by a sunni will be of the dismissive type. We do not agree with them. We have a habit of maligning anothers beliefs.

Naj; Gold is Allowed for women.

However there is a hadith where the Prophet ﷺ told a Sahabi that gold was haraam for him. He threw it away. People asked him why did he not give it to his wife, and his response was of the type 'if the prophet did not permit it for me, why should I give it to my sife'. I have no reference... But I assume that hadith was being used.

Medarris — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 00:50

Admin brother thanks for the advice.

I rely on the books brother.

Btw I have spoken to shi'tes, my school was infested with the shi'tes so I knw first hand what they on.

I chat abt the majority ithna ashariyya.

Ded topic. Those who want to believe what has been posted with references may, those who are doubtful then they should be sincere and contact the people mentioned and ask for assistance, my personal guarantee is given that you will inshaALLAH be assisted, those who dont want to believe it and think its just sectarianism then I say:

To you your (version of) religion and to me mine.

star — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 00:51

LOL dnt worry i dnt believe it either....

on the authority of Umm Salamah wife of the prophet s.a.w who said: i put some gold bead-shaped ornaments around my neck. The prophet s.a.w came in and turned away from it. I said to him;'will you not look at its beauty?', He said 'It is from your ornaments i turned away', then i broke the necklace and he turned to face me. (ahmed)

iRazor — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 01:04

its important to remeber that anything which is haraam/forbidden totally is in the qura'an. The qura'an forbids men from gold n silk, but duznt say nuffin bot women, so its ok for women. Mayb the gold shaped ornaments where idol shaped or summin who knows but gold is defo NOT haraam for women

Medarris — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 01:05

the quraan forbids gold and silk on men?

Plz provide a reference.

I aint challengin you, I genuinely was not aware that this hurmat is in quran.

plz enlighten me.

star — Fri, 30 Dec 2005 - 01:06

these ahadith i've come across, how should you go about them then?

maybe they fabricated..actually not in the position to say that...

i shall put the others up later.
