you cannot control the initial anger, but afer that point, you cann control how you channel it.

where did u get that from admin? i'm not so sure about some of those^^.
here's wot i got from sunnipath.com:
Quote:
THINGS DISLIKED WHILE FASTING
To chew gum, rubber, plastic items or other such things (F: which are chewed, but not swallowed, and nothing reaches the stomach, for otherwise the fast would be broken).
To taste any article of food or drink and spit it out (F: without anything being swallowed). If a woman has a very ill tempered husband, it is permissible for her to taste the food, provided it does not go down her throat.
To collect one’s saliva in the mouth and then to swallow it, trying to quench thirst.
To delay a bath that has become obligatory intentionally until after fajr time.
To use paste or tooth powder to clean one’s teeth. It is permitted to use a miswak of any permissible fresh branch or root (tooth stick). [If one wishes to use toothpaste, one should brush one’s teeth before the fast begins.]
To complain of hunger and thirst.
To take the water too much up the nostrils when cleaning the nose.
To gargle more than necessary (f: because if any water goes down the throat, even accidentally, the fast is invalidated).
To quarrel, argue, use filthy or indecent words.
To backbite, tell a lie and swear are sinful acts even when one is not fasting. Therefore they become even worse when fasting.

I still dont see anythin wrong to cool yourself down especially if you dont feel very well and to keep yourself from faintin maybe it would be a good idea. Having said that i wouldnt have a cold shower as it is ice cold here
I dunno about the wet clothes. I am, quoting from an article.
Youi can have a bath/shower etc, but I think it seems to mean if you feel thirsty, it is not acceptable to just drench yourself to make the thirst go away...
But I have not heard of it outside that article either.

Exactly what i was thinkin duhboy, i duno bout anyone else but after i come out the shower i feel hungary and somewhat thirsty, oh well thats me!
As for your dental question, i have heard it is ok to use toothpaste but only a lil so as not to have the taste of it in your mouth (duno wether that is possible)
drenching your clothes is more long term... it keeps you cool for a longer period of time... I dunno really.
Toothpaste is makrooh. If you NEED to use it, you can. If you do not NEED to use it, avoid it. just use a brush with applying some toothpaste. Use toothpaste at sehri and iftari times...
