I was lookin at irf's sig. Who's Imam Sharafud? He reads the Qasida Burdah sharif sooo beautifully...any idea where i can get a copy of that on casette or CD?

that website is AMAZING, they use to have some topclass urdu naats on controversial topics but took them off now. Still they have a lot of valuable nasheeds.

I dont really tend to understand nasheeds, naats unless I listen to them over and over. Even with urdu ones I jus stick them on and dont really listen, but if i pay attention I get bits.

native deens good ..used to listen to it alot sum time back

but theres to much beat rythm sum rap like propa music its just the lyrics

that make it islamic.

yeh..i agree wid u too but i think its gud 4 the youth especially the 1's that r in2 those kind of songs that hav no link wid Islam at all.

Atleast thru Native Deen they r listenin to the lyrics n can also make em realise bout Islam.

i think its a step up the ladder 4 the western youth..to bring em towards the right path. It will take time but tryin doez no harm.

the musical one aint bad, but i prefer without what i reckn are 'uneccesary' beats

but it works for some people

Aye the percussion version sounds better...i hope Sumi Yousaf comes to Glasgow this yr, i didnt go last time(he was suposed to come but didnt) but wil go this time inshallah if he comes

btw u knw sham ppl r from bham innit? one of used to live 2 doors away from me, knw his uncles and brothers well. But personally i dnt listen to sham.
