Well if you're allowing it, that's kinda the same as enforcing.

Well remember, the Prophet did not ban alcohol immediately, he did in in stages, one of them being the driving of a cultural shift.

 Hopefully, when you vote you think of wider issues than whether or not someone allows civil partnerships or not, al though it could be one of the many things you think of. Smile
