Bollywood star to play loose Muslim woman

An Indian Bollywood star has signed to play the role of a Muslim woman in Hollywood who has relationships with three men after going from ultra-traditional Muslim to ultra-liberal.

Mallika Sherawat is to star in a Hollywood film ‘Unveiled’ to be directed by Bill Bannerman.

Talking about the film, Bannerman said: "Unveiled is a film about a Muslim woman who has two husbands and a lover. It is a twisted film noir, sexy thriller and dark drama. It is the first Hollywood film to feature a female Muslim protagonist."

Mallika said: "It’s a fantastic story - part thriller, part psychological drama, part film noir...It was so fast paced and exciting and so well written, I couldn’t put it down for a second,"

She added: "And the icing on the cake was that it’s a story from the point of view of a woman…she goes from an ultra-traditional Muslim environment to an ultra-liberal Western one. This is a script I could never say no to."

Bannerman is Clint Eastwood’s assistant director and has been honoured by the Director’s Guild of America as the best assistant director for ‘Unforgiven’, the film, which went on to win Oscar awards for best director and best film.

About casting the Indian actress, Bannerman said: "I was impressed by Mallika’s acting prowess in ‘Murder’ and knew by instinct that she will be able to do justice to the role perfectly."

Bannerman is directing the feature film with his mentor Eastwood’s blessing.
Describing the character, to be played by Mallika, he said: "Behind the dark burqa (veil), there lies a sexy, manipulative victim, who’s dangerous as well as in grave danger."

Comment:

A direct appeal to Muslim women from the west to abandon Islamic values and adopt western ones. After trying and trying so hard to get Muslim women in the west to abandon the Islamic dress code and live a life based on freedom and individualism they have been shocked to see that more and more Muslim women are adopting and following the Islamic way of life with even many non-Muslim women embracing Islam in huge numbers.

Ideas like feminism have failed to impress Muslim women and to corrupt them, so now films like this is a new and desperate attempt to seduce Muslim women into following a seedy and disgusting lifestyle of sleeping around which ends for many with abortions, illigitamate kids, rape, sexual diseases and many other social problems.

I dont think it was Malika's acting skills that led them to her.

not do i see the relevance of her faith to this movie... she could just of easily been a hindu.

...and this is how they chose to portray her.

Every single film with a female lead will always be advertised using the girl power banner.

Now if the lead character is supposed to be Muslim... marketing for the win.

It's a movie, and it sounds boring.

@Showkat, we can tell you copied and pasted from another forum by the fact that the link does not work. Blum 3

She is a Hindu. The character she is playing is Muslim.

Sadly, yes. Of course it's an American movie - I looked it up on IMDB. Thanks to "open minded" liberals this country is looking less like the country my family founded and looking more like... my family.

It's amazing how depraved we are becomming as a nation. I joined a group called Dad's and Daughters which is trying to combat sexualization of girls, and materialism in media. You wouldn't believe some of the stats they've provided about how many sexually explicit images children are subjected to in an average day.

Interestingly enough the group is very often criminalized as "rigid and intolerant" because it has a definite conservative moral direction.

No. There may be a brief "Hey that's mean!" while the liberals decide whether it is more important to further rip down traditional womanhood or be multifaith tolerant. But after balancing these two adverse bastions of liberalism they'll yield to their natural prejudice against religious based values and expose themselves as hypocrites again.

Not that anyone takes notice. When liberals are contradictory it is "open mindedness" when conservatives are contradictory it is "obvious hypocrisy."

I'm not kidding - I am really thinking of moving to Switzerland, it seems like the only place on Earth I can actually raise kids without being subjected to this "culture" we've created.

It is all down to technology.

What would happen if we ran out of oil? We've been given a free ride with an easily exploitable resource.

We think we are superior because of technology. We think we have improved becasue of society.

The human condition is still the same.

If we stopped using oil right now, atleast temporarily most technological adnaces would take a step back.

That would be an interesting time.

sure, some things could be changed. use renewable sources for energy.

But try living without plastics (they are all made from petrochemicals/hydrocarbons.).

Quite - I bought a place near St. Gallen shortly after I was married, it's nearish to my parents summer home out there. I really enjoyed the remoteness out there as a kid, and the riding was great. One of the things holding me back though is the remoteness - I want my kids to have people their age... just not the kind of people they'll grow up around here. For that reason I'm starting to look at more "devout" Catholic areas, such as rural France or parts of Argentina... Annette does not want to leave, but with things such as they are this might come down to husbands prerogative, I'm open to the idea things could change but I don't see how, and when it's your kids there is no room for valiance - only prudence.

Hollywood film ‘Unveiled’ to be directed by Bill Bannerman

Bannerman, a Jew. What did you expect.

Jews have taken over all of American media, especially Hollywood.
All anti-muslim films made in great satan are either made directly by jews, or indiretly financed by them. Just read the names at the start and end of such movies.

Ayatollah rightly named America as "Great Satan".

just don't watch it. there are far worse things out there. the movie industry can be very seedy bollywood or hollywood makes no difference. is it the first time muslims have been portrayed. i can think of countless movies where arab muslims are the terrorists and these are like real old movies. erm jewel of the nile whats that dudes name is it omar sharif? i still remember him saying kaleema shakthee dhow loool danny davito became a sufi in it loooooooool

what a sick sick sick storyline.

I don't know if you brother and sister know this but the porn industry in America was first established by Jews. They knew there is a lot of money in the pornography industry.

Today Christians have lost their morals and there is so much porn, sex crimes, rapes, porn channels, and teenage pregnancies. This was all started by Jews from Israel. Iran is contantly warning Americans of these dangers. This is why US jews so much hate Iran.

Even today, if you search on the internet, you can find history of porn films are traced back to some Jewish businessmen who corrupted the good Christian nation of America.

Ayatollah rightly named America as "Great Satan".

unsubstantiated rumours do not make sound arguments.

and even if it was a person of jewish descent who made the first commercial forray into pornography, why does that condemn them all?

there are so many good roles in hollywood that should be portrayed as Muslims for instance the majestice father in Blood Diamond could have been Muslim as 60% of the population of Seirra Leone is Muslim
